Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a business analysis, solutions engineering, or systems implementation role within financial crime, AML, KYC, fraud prevention, or transaction monitoring.
Proven experience with KYC/CDD/EDD processes, fraud detection platforms, and transaction monitoring systems (e.g., Actimize, NICE Actimize, SAS, FICO, or similar).
Experience in digital banking or fintech.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Waterfall. 
Familiarity with APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud-based platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate in English and Mandarin.
