The successful candidates will be part of a growing legal team supporting the international business of Ant Digital Technologies, which is undergoing a period of fast-paced development. Job Description: 1. Provide legal support in relation to digital infrastructure, artificial intelligence (AI), software as a service (SaaS) and other cutting-edge technologies, including product development, operations, and global commercialization. 2. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, offer solutions from legal perspective, draft and review product agreements and other legal documents, as well as participate in negotiations. 3. Collaborate with internal key-stakeholders and support global transactions for deployment of various lines of technology products. 4. Conduct theoretical and practical research on emerging legal issues related to innovative technologies, such as digitalization, AI and SaaS products. 5. Work with internal functions to develop and improve internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and facilitate effective project process advancement.
