1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，操作系统、计算机网络、数据库、算法等基础知识扎实； 2. 熟悉Java/C++编程语言，编程基础扎实，具备良好的编程规范和沟通能力； 3. 熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式框架、中间件、数据库等机制，能对分布式常用技术进行合理应用解决问题； 4. 精通设计模式，熟悉云原生架构体系，优先考虑有丰富的架构设计经验者，能设计和研发提供海量用户使用的，高可靠，高性能，易推广的安全基础设施产品 5. 热爱技术，积极乐观，学习能力强，具有团队合作意识，自我驱动，有技术追求； 6. 对深度学习算法、音视频处理工程化研发有经验者优先；
工作职责
1. 参与商家数字化、智能零售等业务场景服务端应用开发； 2. 负责AI算法工程化研发落地及配套体系建设，不断优化性能和稳定性，提升产品竞争力；
