Compliance Intelligence Center Development ● Lead the design and implementation of a global compliance monitoring & interpretation system, utilizing technical solutions (e.g., web crawlers) to track financial regulations, privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), custodial fund policies, and other regulatory requirements across jurisdictions. ● Develop structured regulatory analysis tools to generate actionable compliance recommendations, collaborating with compliance teams to drive internal remediation. ● Establish a regulatory risk early-warning mechanism to provide proactive compliance support for global business expansion. 2. Legal Contract Center Development ● Build an end-to-end contract lifecycle management platform covering drafting, approval, signing, performance monitoring, and archiving. ● Partner with legal teams to design intelligent contract review modules (e.g., clause compliance verification, risk clause alerts). ● Create a centralized contract data repository enabling multi-dimensional search and statistical analysis to enhance legal operational efficiency. 3. Risk Assessment Product Development ● Develop enterprise-level risk evaluation tools to standardize requirement review processes (e.g., data security, fund flow analysis, technical compliance). ● Design automated risk assessment models integrating cross-departmental data to balance review efficiency and risk control effectiveness. ● Deliver visualized risk dashboards to facilitate executive decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration ● Coordinate with compliance, legal, privacy, and technology teams to implement risk control products across all business lines. ● Continuously monitor payment industry regulatory trends and refine product strategies to address emerging risks.

The (Senior) Treasury Manager will be a critical member of the treasury team of Ant International. The role will serve as Treasury subject matter expert and the go-to person for relevant internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will gain exposure to cash management, funding, foreign exchange, financial risk management activities of Ant International, supported by advanced treasury technology and data capabilities. Key responsibilities: 1. Drive design and implementation of comprehensive treasury solutions aimed at supporting the expansion of global businesses and operations, with a focus on foreign exchange, fund plan, cross border settlement etc. 2. Lead and manage negotiations of treasury contracts (credit facility, cash management etc.) with banks and external counterparties, ensuring optimal terms and conditions align with the company's strategic objectives and standards. 3. Execute day-to-day treasury transactions, including bank guarantees, foreign exchange, financial derivatives etc. 4. Collaborate closely with financial risk management, internal control, and compliance teams to ensure that all treasury activities and solutions conform to internal policies as well as relevant external regulations and laws. 5. Champion the digital transformation and automation of treasury processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy in transaction execution.

As a market leader in cross-border payment solutions across the APAC region, WorldFirst offers a broad set of APIs that connect enterprise, payment, and card solutions with the retail and e-commerce industry. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Country Manager - representing a strong opportunity to make a meaningful impact on business performance in the region. Responsibilities 1. Create and execute strategy targeting enterprise partners in the retail industry: e-marketplaces, site builders, logistics providers, digital advertising agencies, etc. 2. Sell and embed solutions including mass payout, treasury management, and seller recruitment services to enterprise partners. 3. Engage with local banks and fintechs to expand the payment product offering for our clients, enabling them to seamlessly fund their World Account via multiple channels and methods. 4. Monthly Entity Financial Reporting & Monitoring - Prepare standalone financial statements or Management Accounts for local entity - Ensure timely and accurate reporting with a focus on process optimization. Annual Financial Audit & Compliance - Lead annual financial audits, ensuring compliance with Local GAAP and company accounting policies. - Coordinate with external auditors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve qualities. Regulatory Reporting & Stakeholder Management - Prepare and monitor regulatory reports for licensed entities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and requirements. - Collaborate with BU Finance, Tax, Treasury, Customer Fund, and other stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements. Cross-functional Leadership - Establish controls and workflows to enhance financial accuracy - Address cross-border reporting challenges in multiple jurisdictions.
