Minimum 8 years work experience in top corporates/ banks or non-bank financial institutions/ consulting firms, with a focus on treasury or risk management. 3. Solid economics and finance background, with deep understanding in international trade, foreign exchange, money market, liquidity and funding solutions. 4. Strong self-motivation and entrepreneurship with a hands-on, structured, accurate and result oriented working style. 5. Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty. 6. Adaptive to a fast-changing working environment. 7. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of working with cross-functional teams. 8. Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and oral). 9. Big data/AI knowledge is a plus.

The (Senior) Treasury Manager will be a critical member of the treasury team of Ant International. The role will serve as Treasury subject matter expert and the go-to person for relevant internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will gain exposure to cash management, funding, foreign exchange, financial risk management activities of Ant International, supported by advanced treasury technology and data capabilities. Key responsibilities: 1. Drive design and implementation of comprehensive treasury solutions aimed at supporting the expansion of global businesses and operations, with a focus on foreign exchange, fund plan, cross border settlement etc. 2. Lead and manage negotiations of treasury contracts (credit facility, cash management etc.) with banks and external counterparties, ensuring optimal terms and conditions align with the company's strategic objectives and standards. 3. Execute day-to-day treasury transactions, including bank guarantees, foreign exchange, financial derivatives etc. 4. Collaborate closely with financial risk management, internal control, and compliance teams to ensure that all treasury activities and solutions conform to internal policies as well as relevant external regulations and laws. 5. Champion the digital transformation and automation of treasury processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy in transaction execution.
We are seeking an experienced and mature Reporting Senior Manager to lead and manage the team that is responsible for the end-to-end group reporting process. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate consolidated financial reporting, while also providing oversight over legal entity financial controllership, including maintenance of entity structures, intercompany reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, proven leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively across finance, tax, legal, and operational functions to continuously improve processes and support the integrity of group- level financial information. Legal Entity Controllership • Serve as the financial steward of designated legal entities, ensuring proper accounting, reporting, and compliance. • Oversee legal entity maintenance, including new entity set-up, mergers, dissolutions, and reorganizations. • Partner with tax, treasury, and legal teams to ensure appropriate entity-level reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Review balance sheet and income statement at the entity level for accuracy and trend analysis. Process Ownership & Improvement • Champion initiatives to streamline and automate the consolidation process. • Drive standardization and harmonization of reporting practices across entities. • Identify and resolve issues related to data quality, chart of accounts alignment, and system integration. • Provide support for implementation of on-going and new projects such systems simplification, legal organization structure simplification and compliance matters Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of managers, accountants or analysts involved in consolidation and reporting. • Act as the key liaison between local entity finance teams, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Corporate Accounting. • Coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring deliverables are met. • Support internal and external audit processes and respond to audit queries related to consolidation and legal entity reporting.
1. Design and drive payment and financing solutions targeting e-commerce ecosystem participants, including e-marketplaces, site builders, logistics, advertising suppliers, etc. 2. Collaborate with Internal teams (i.e. marketing, onboarding, CRM, etc.) to produce relevant sales needed materials and tools to enable enterprise BD team globally to sell above solutions efficiently and effectively 3. Run the Centre of Excellence platform – bringing together international enterprise partnership best practices across the globe into an Enterprise Standard Operating Process and addressing international enterprise collaboration issues 4. The solutions aim to cover full value chain of those enterprise partners, including mass payout, treasury management, seller recruitment service and potentially factoring service 5. The goals of the enterprise business would be 1) to maximize the engagement with those partners to bring customers to WorldFirst seller business; 2) to generate transaction volume and revenue directly from those enterprise clients 6. Perform various administrative and operational duties to drive effectiveness. These operational tasks include but are not limited to preparation of materials for senior management, facilitate key management meetings, maintenance of target timelines of initiatives & getting updates to drive traction, draft processes & validate implementation of initiatives.

As a market leader in cross-border payment solutions across the APAC region, WorldFirst offers a broad set of APIs that connect enterprise, payment, and card solutions with the retail and e-commerce industry. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Country Manager - representing a strong opportunity to make a meaningful impact on business performance in the region. Responsibilities 1. Create and execute strategy targeting enterprise partners in the retail industry: e-marketplaces, site builders, logistics providers, digital advertising agencies, etc. 2. Sell and embed solutions including mass payout, treasury management, and seller recruitment services to enterprise partners. 3. Engage with local banks and fintechs to expand the payment product offering for our clients, enabling them to seamlessly fund their World Account via multiple channels and methods. 4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on go-to-market initiatives. Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to senior leadership, promoting transparency and alignment. Goals 1.
