任职要求

1. Bachelor degree or above; at least 5 years of working experience in foreign exchange risk management in the financial industry, familiar with foreign exchange quotation, trading, accounting and other related processes and control measures, financial institutions + consulting companies background is preferred;
2. Have good logical thinking ability, systematic thinking ability and keen sense of risk, be good at thinking, summarizing and finding problems; have excellent communication skills and team spirit, and can actively promote the rectification measures of high-risk issues; have the courage to accept challenges, have strong ability to resist pressure, and can actively embrace changes;
3. Have a more in-depth understanding of the foreign exchange market, familiar with a variety of foreign exchange currencies and foreign exchange products.
4. Good English communication skills, fluent oral and written expression ability;
5. Have the experience of using data construction to solve problems, with data analysis, skilled use of SQL and other relevant capabilities are preferred.

工作职责

1. Keep up with the development and changes of international FX business, conduct regular risk assessment and special investigation from the second line perspective, identify major risks, evaluate coping strategies and solutions as well as residual risks, and promote implementation;
2. Strengthen the FX risk monitoring mechanism, develop data-driven key risk indicators, monitor the level of relevant risks, and promote the continuous optimization of risk management capabilities;
3. Establish refined, intelligent, systematic and data-based risk perception and response capabilities, and establish end-to-end comprehensive FX risk perception capabilities;
4. Follow up the internal and external risks problems, analyze the essence of the problems, carry out rectification, and establish a continuous risk monitoring mechanism to promote the improvement of relevant risk management effects.
