任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机软件或相关专业，3年以上数据仓库或后端系统实战开发工作经验，具有架构设计能力与经验； 2、熟悉大数据开发，丰富的离线数据开发经验、有流式数据处理storm/jstorm/spark streaming/blink项目经验；有较强的SQL编写能力，熟悉使用python、java等其它编程语言； 3、有JAVA开发经验，了解常见的后端系统架构，了解springboot、ibatis、redis等开源框架，了解常见的微服务架构； 4、具备产品设计经验者优先； 5、喜欢钻研，学习及适应能力强，良好的沟通能力、书面表达能力； 6、具备较强的自我驱动、自我调节与抗压能力。
工作职责
1、全风中台产品解决方案设计： 敏锐洞察全风风险管理过程遇到的痛点，以数据、技术视角切入，提供创新性工具产品解决方案，并独立完成方案设计； 2、业务感知产品建设：深入了解蚂蚁的系统架构、技术链路、数据链路，推进技术元数据网络构建方案落地；基于大模型技术，创新数据智能检索工具，提升全风风险管理同学数据查找的效率； 3、参与相关项目的数据分析，独立完成在、离线数据开发工作，并保障数据质量； 4、主动推动团队内外的协同工作，共同达成项目目标。
