任职要求
1. 计算机、统计学、运筹学等相关专业背景； 2. 2年及以上信用风险模型建模经验，有普惠金融方向信贷风控从业经验者优先； 3. 拥有丰富的机器学习或统计模型建模经验，包括但不限于统计学、深度学习、图学习、自然语言处理、运筹优化、自动机器学习、大模型等技术； 4. 熟练使用数据分析相关的语言及工具，例如Python, R, SAS等，有Tensorflow/Pytorch等主流深度学习平台上的开发和调优经验优先； 5. 具有较强的沟通能力和学习能力，良好的项目管理能力和经验； 6. 热衷于技术创新，对科技赋能小微企业普惠金融有较强的兴趣。
工作职责
1. 深入了解小微信贷业务模式，参与搭建网商贷的风控模型体系，覆盖贷前、贷中及贷后全流程风控，包括客户画像、信用评分、价值模型等； 2. 搭建多源信息风控特征池，利用机器学习、深度学习、大模型等方法解决信贷场景的实际问题； 3. 协同业务及政策团队抽象小微金融场景中的关键问题，设计大模型驱动的解决方案，推动大模型在信贷场景的创新应用，包括智能决策Agent搭建、风险判别及纠偏、小微全息画像生成等； 4. 参与和探索前沿算法在信贷智能风险管理领域的应用和落地，包括但不限于大模型、知识图谱、GraphML、多模态识别、AutoML,、运筹优化等方向。
