1.Define, Drive, and Deliver Selling Strategy Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-year roadmap selling strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 2. Define selling strategy and lead sales team on value propositions, facilitate business opportunities, and devise sustainable customer strategies to achieve sales goals. 3. Leadership in Product Implementation: Lead the team in implementing new products and services, actively participating in product design and development alongside internal stakeholders, including product, program, and operation teams. 4. Responsibilities• Deliver revenue, ExTAC, and cost management goals across portfolio of solutions – while this is not a sales role, all leaders are accountable to these goals. • Partner with the GM of China sales to define and execute a sales and partner strategy across China domestic and outbound business, sales motions, partner incentive, sales and sales enablement to support our strategic priorities. • Help to shape and influence a seamless operating model that flows from Business Planning, Strategy, Operations to Product and Engineering. - as a partner to our Global Commercial Strategy and Operations (GCSO). • Design and governance of partner policy and incentive to align with revenue goals. • Ensure operational rigor and accuracy in quota settings for both sellers and channel partners. • Lead business transformation initiatives that modernize processes, ensuring agility and scalability. • Drive adoption of playbooks, and frameworks that improve productivity and customer engagement. • Set standards for sales execution, including leading and lagging indicators and govern with rigor. • Champion seller enablement programs, capability and skill building, Establish tracking and metrics review ROB and execute best-in-class practices with team. • Drive alignment with global GTM strategies and rhythm of business. • Invest in depth relationships with key internal partners and commit to ‘managing the business together’ across functional lines • Create an inclusive and accountable culture built on adopting growth mindset and work life integration. What You’ll Do This isn’t a traditional sales internship. You’ll operate at the intersection of deep tech and go-to-market strategy, working alongside solutions architects and product leads to help technical buyers understand how Alibaba Cloud solves their hardest challenges. You will: 1. Analyze customer architectures and map pain points (e.g., high inference latency, vendor lock-in, data silos) to Alibaba Cloud capabilities like Elastic GPU Service, PAI (Model Studio), or AnalyticDB 2. Research competitive landscapes across AWS/Azure/GCP—and articulate differentiated technical value (e.g., cost-performance ratio for LLM fine-tuning, multi-region disaster recovery SLAs) 3. Co-develop technical outreach content: from concise LinkedIn threads on cloud cost optimization to demo scripts for GenAI use cases 4. Participate in technical discovery calls with engineering teams—listening, synthesizing, and translating requirements into solution narratives 5. Contribute to internal knowledge bases used by global sales engineers (think: “How would you position ApsaraDB vs. Amazon Aurora for a fintech startup?”) You’ll be measured not by dials made, but by insights generated.
1-Commercial Support: Assist in KA pricing simulations, contract negotiations, and monthly profitability analysis to ensure sales targets are met. 2-Data Reporting: Consolidate and analyze sales data to deliver actionable insights and business reports that improve operational efficiency. 3-Performance Monitoring: Deep dive into profit structures, order fluctuations, and market trends to identify issues and propose solutions. 4-Account Growth: Assist in crafting KA strategies to drive healthy growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term stickiness. 5-Operations & Compliance: Execute sales compliance workflows, including security deposit management and accounts receivable (A/R) collections. 6-Project Coordination: Facilitate cross-departmental resources to ensure the successful delivery of key sales projects. 7-Decision Support: Utilize data tools to extract core business issues and provide logical reports for management decision-making. 8-Improve Efficiency:Actively participate in team meetings, contribute innovative ideas, and help optimize existing workflows to enhance overall team efficiency.
