Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement secure, scalable blockchain solutions tailored to enterprise needs. Define and execute the product roadmap for a corporate-focused custodial wallet solution. Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation through deployment and ongoing optimization, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive. Communicate progress, challenges, and technical concepts effectively to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure compliance with global financial regulations, security standards and audit requirements.
The successful candidates will be part of a growing legal team supporting the international business of Ant Digital Technologies, which is undergoing a period of fast-paced development. Job Description: 1. Provide legal support in relation to innovative financing transactions based on blockchain and digital infrastructure as well as other cutting-edge technologies, including, among others, financing structuring, fund raising, structured and derivative products, regulated activities and other web3.0 related regulatory advice. 2. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, offer solutions from legal perspective, draft and review legal documents, as well as participate in negotiations. 3. Collaborate with internal key-stakeholders and support blockchain based transactions. 4. Conduct theoretical and practical research on emerging legal issues related to the technologies as well as regulations where applicable. 5. Work with internal functions to facilitate effective project process advancement.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client fund related processes, objectives and challenges to develop innovative and effect solutions • Work Closely with client, stakeholders, and internal teams to define products and services requirements, scope and functionality. • Design and implement products and services using industry-leading AI and blockchain technologies and frameworks. • Configure the system set-up and adjust the parameters according to client’s needs from time to time. • Assist in managing the architecture and designing of economy model of new products and services • Conducts product testing, validation and optimization to ensure high performance, scalability and security • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
1. Design workflow for blockchain payment and treasury management. 2. Collaborate with the product, technical team and other stakeholders to ensure the correct technical solution and the development of the blockchain related payment products. 3. Responsible for the maintenance and management of the blockchain payment and treasury management related services. 4. Collaborate with worldwide financial institutions partners for blockchain payment services. 5. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal requirements for blockchain payment services.
1. General （1）Articulate value propositions for key Ant Digital Technologies products and services； （2）Demonstrate expertise to accelerate Ant Technologies’ Tech adoption； （3）Drive innovation with a focus on industry solutions and customer outcomes； （4）Ensure solutions align with architectural goals for clear development and operational guides； （5）Identify and mitigate business and technical risks； （6）Provide support during deployment to prevent or resolve technical issues； （7）Collaborate with customer teams, including C-level executives, to align vision with solutions； （8）Offer technical guidance in the pre-sales process. 2. Project Management （1）Orchestrates and oversees a broad range of project metrics on large, complex projects with high visibility (e.g., Vice President-level) through others. Proactively ensures adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) and provides strategic direction to drive success and adapts to high-impact changes throughout project lifecycle； （2）Proactively manages risks and issues within and across large, complex projects leveraging previous experience and subject matter expertise to make sure project completion on cost, on schedule and on scope. 3. Technical Delivery （1）Responsible for the delivery of the products/solutions related to the cloud native, Android/IOS mobile, blockchain, security etc. in ANT Digital Technology BU, including the building of delivery standards, specification, processes, and platform capabilities； （2）Drive project implementation from blueprint planning, requirement analysis, business and technical architecture design, system coding and testing, and deployment, control the delivery quality and plan from both business and technical perspective； （3）Accumulate best practices of product and solutions through project deliveries and contribute to the improvement of product core competitiveness； （4）Continuously build and optimize delivery technical systems and tools, and have a deep understanding and practice in achieving scalable delivery； （5）Understand and have insight into industry trends, focus on the integration of business and products/solutions during the delivery, achieve the implementation of the business scenarios, and ultimately to help customer to achieve business success.
