Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement secure, scalable blockchain solutions tailored to enterprise needs. Define and execute the product roadmap for a corporate-focused custodial wallet solution. Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation through deployment and ongoing optimization, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive. Communicate progress, challenges, and technical concepts effectively to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure compliance with global financial regulations, security standards and audit requirements.
1. Design workflow for blockchain payment and treasury management. 2. Collaborate with the product, technical team and other stakeholders to ensure the correct technical solution and the development of the blockchain related payment products. 3. Responsible for the maintenance and management of the blockchain payment and treasury management related services. 4. Collaborate with worldwide financial institutions partners for blockchain payment services. 5. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal requirements for blockchain payment services.

Responsible for requirement analysis, feasibility assessment, and solution design for blockchain-based liquidity allocation products, delivering comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRD). 3. Establish standardized blockchain-based fund products, incorporating industry best practices to drive compliant customer-facing blockchain solutions for Ant's global operations. 4. Research industry blockchain service models and promote product commercialization and penetration. 5. Collaborate with technical teams and project managers to ensure efficient delivery of requirements. 6. Oversee end-to-end product development cycles from launch to operation, ensuring timeline adherence and quality control.

The Fintech Client Solutions position is an individual responsible for business development, client relationship management and solution implementation empowered by AI and Blockchain technology in the fund management domain of foreign exchange and B2B/B2C payment. As a key member of Solution Architect team, he or she will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand clients’ business needs, identify tech-based products/services, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality fund related products and services. Responsibilities: 1.Conduct in-depth analysis of client fund related processes, objectives, and challenges to develop innovative and effective solutions 2.Identify potential clients, make the pitch, maintain client relationships and implement the solution using industry-leading AI and blockchain technologies 3. Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to define products and services requirements, scope, and functionality 4. Configure the system set-up and parameters according to clients’ needs from time to time 5. Assis in managing the architecture and designing of economy model of new products and services. 6. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration of products and services 7. Overview product testing, validation, and optimization to ensure high performance, scalability, and security 8.
