工作职责
1. General （1）Articulate value propositions for key Ant Digital Technologies products and services； （2）Demonstrate expertise to accelerate Ant Technologies’ Tech adoption； （3）Drive innovation with a focus on industry solutions and customer outcomes； （4）Ensure solutions align with architectural goals for clear development and operational guides； （5）Identify and mitigate business and technical risks； （6）Provide support during deployment to prevent or resolve technical issues； （7）Collaborate with customer teams, including C-level executives, to align vision with solutions； （8）Offer technical guidance in the pre-sales process. 2. Project Management （1）Orchestrates and oversees a broad range of project metrics on large, complex projects with high visibility (e.g., Vice President-level) through others. Proactively ensures adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) and provides strategic direction to drive success and adapts to high-impact changes throughout project lifecycle； （2）Proactively manages risks and issues within and across large, complex projects leveraging previous experience and subject matter expertise to make sure project completion on cost, on schedule and on scope. 3. Technical Delivery （1）Responsible for the delivery of the products/solutions related to the cloud native, Android/IOS mobile, blockchain, security etc. in ANT Digital Technology BU, including the building of delivery standards, specification, processes, and platform capabilities； （2）Drive project implementation from blueprint planning, requirement analysis, business and technical architecture design, system coding and testing, and deployment, control the delivery quality and plan from both business and technical perspective； （3）Accumulate best practices of product and solutions through project deliveries and contribute to the improvement of product core competitiveness； （4）Continuously build and optimize delivery technical systems and tools, and have a deep understanding and practice in achieving scalable delivery； （5）Understand and have insight into industry trends, focus on the integration of business and products/solutions during the delivery, achieve the implementation of the business scenarios, and ultimately to help customer to achieve business success.
• Be a subject matter expert on databases, particularly on Relational Databases, able to discuss with customer on database modelling, migration, performance testing and day to day operations • Have wide ranging experience with open source and commercial databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle & SQL Server…etc • Be familiar with major cloud service providers in using it for deployment of workloads (AWS, Alicloud, GCP, Azure…etc) • Be a technical expert on all aspects of OceanBase (compatibility assessment, deployment, administration, development, migration…etc) • Facilitate introduction, discussion and demonstration of OceanBase’s technology, vision and value proposition either via individual or group sessions with customers • Engage and discover prospects’ pain points, business/technical challenges and identify how OceanBase can add value • Run Proof of Concept projects with customers to validate OceanBase’s capabilities Support post sale OceanBase implementation with OceanBase delivery team • Maintain deep understanding of competitive as well as complementary technologies and how to position OceanBase DB in relation to them • Provide guidance on how to resolve customer-specific technical challenges • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve OceanBase product and position in the market

Demand Management Standardization and Implementation Collaborate with sales, product, supply chain, and other stakeholders to establish the company's demand management standards, including demand classification, reporting frequency and pace, accuracy indicators, and responsibilities of all parties involved; Promote the implementation and updating of requirements management standards in daily work 2. Requirement docking and response Connect with sales , establish a collection and output mechanism for sales PPL, major customer needs, and emergency/sudden needs; Integrate product , collaborate with product to input demand information and appeals according to management standards, and review and confirm product line pick-up; Develop FCST requirements and communicate them to downstream departments. Lead the negotiation and response of various departments regarding resource and supply-demand related issues in the sales and product 3. Key clients and project management Connect with international business to ensure the supply and demand guarantee of international business clients and key projects; Prepare low-cost plan reserves for actual delivery needs of "sales/products/supply" 4. Collaborative optimization of supply and demand chain Based on demand information, clarify the requirements for delivery SLA and supply LT, manage the satisfaction of demand and resource services for sales and product , and build an efficient supply and demand chain
1.As the head of operations, ensure warehouse efficiency, quality, and cost metrics meet expectations by effectively managing daily operations. 2.Collaborate with headquarters and regional functions to implement headquarters' standards for the warehouse, optimizing and improving areas such as staffing, systems, processes, materials, equipment, and layout. 3. Develop and implement warehouse operation plans based on customer needs to guarantee service delivery. 4.According to business demands, devise plans for overseas warehouse relocation, transitions, and construction of new facilities, overseeing projects from start to finish. 5. Monitor major operational risks for overseas warehouses (including third-party operated warehouses), encompassing but not limited to issues such as intellectual property infringement, loss prevention, natural disasters, and political factors, to ensure uninterrupted warehouse operations. 6.Oversee key performance indicators for last-mile services, promptly identify and resolve any issues to enhance merchants' logistics experiences. 1.作为运营的负责人，通过仓库实际运营管理保障仓库的时效、质量及成本指标符合预期 2.通过与总部及国家区域各职能协同，落实总部对仓库的规范要求，对仓库优化改善，包含不限于人员、系统、流程、物料、设备、仓库布局等； 3.根据客户需求，制定、落实仓库运营保障方案 4.根据业务需求，制定海外仓搬仓、转仓、建新仓方案，跟踪实施至项目收尾； 5.监控海外仓（包括所属三方仓）的重大运营风险包含但不限于（侵权、防损、自然灾害，政治因素等），保障仓库的正常运作； 6. 能够兼顾监控尾程核心指标，及时发现问题，解决问题，提升商家物流体验；
