1. Minimum Qualifications (1)Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years' experience in project management OR equivalent experience; (2)Highly proficient & solid Customer facing Project experience involving solution design, project envisioning, planning, development, and deployment of complex solutions with minimum of 5+ years.; (3)Have experience in delivering medium to large-scale software projects, with excellent teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to organize and facilitate multi-party collaboration; (4)Proficient in English communication skills as a working language, with overseas experience is preferred. 2. Additional Preferences (1)Experience in delivering international projects; (2)PMP Certification; (3)Experience in Agile Development Methodologies; (4)Have deep practical experience and comprehension of the design principles of at least one mainstream frontend framework (e.g., React, Vue); familiar with H5, mini-programs, Webpack/Vite or other build tools, and has an understanding and practical experience in front-end engineering practices. 3. Proficient in Mandarin Chinese for work-related communication.

1. General (1)Articulate value propositions for key Ant Digital Technologies products and services; (2)Demonstrate expertise to accelerate Ant Technologies’ Tech adoption; (3)Drive innovation with a focus on industry solutions and customer outcomes; (4)Ensure solutions align with architectural goals for clear development and operational guides; (5)Identify and mitigate business and technical risks; (6)Provide support during deployment to prevent or resolve technical issues; (7)Collaborate with customer teams, including C-level executives, to align vision with solutions; (8)Offer technical guidance in the pre-sales process. 2. Project Management (1)Orchestrates and oversees a broad range of project metrics on large, complex projects with high visibility (e.g., Vice President-level) through others. Proactively ensures adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) and provides strategic direction to drive success and adapts to high-impact changes throughout project lifecycle; (2)Proactively manages risks and issues within and across large, complex projects leveraging previous experience and subject matter expertise to make sure project completion on cost, on schedule and on scope. 3. Technical Delivery (1)Responsible for the delivery of the products/solutions related to the cloud native, Android/IOS mobile, blockchain, security etc. in ANT Digital Technology BU, including the building of delivery standards, specification, processes, and platform capabilities; (2)Drive project implementation from blueprint planning, requirement analysis, business and technical architecture design, system coding and testing, and deployment, control the delivery quality and plan from both business and technical perspective; (3)Accumulate best practices of product and solutions through project deliveries and contribute to the improvement of product core competitiveness; (4)Continuously build and optimize delivery technical systems and tools, and have a deep understanding and practice in achieving scalable delivery; (5)Understand and have insight into industry trends, focus on the integration of business and products/solutions during the delivery, achieve the implementation of the business scenarios, and ultimately to help customer to achieve business success.
Description The role of Digital Product Owner is to provide product leadership across the key websites under Ant International which are alipayplus.com, antglobal.com and antom.com. You’ll own the overall experience and performance of the websites you’ll support and work closely with stakeholders across the Ant International business to deliver best-in-class website experience for the customers and the business. You’ll define new technology requirements, align the website product roadmap with wider business initiatives, and work cross-collaboratively with teams based in London, China, Malaysia and Singapore across multiple disciplines (engineering, design, content, SRE etc.) to ensure the on-time delivery and high standards across design, functionality and content. What you’ll do: ● As one of the digital product owners you’ll work within the international digital marketing and content team ● You’ll be responsible for guiding the development and enhancement of our websites to support demand generation, top of funnel growth and excellent user experience Gathering stakeholder requirements across cross functional teams and channel owners, prioritising them and working closely with an internal product development and tech development team to ensure successful delivery of each new enhancement/sprint ● Involved with and coordinating content creation working with PR, marketing and product teams as well as analytics to measure your ongoing success and achievement towards business objectives ● Plan then prioritize the roadmap working closely with the Head of Marketing and Head of Digital Marketing ● Implement the vision and strategy across multiple geographies and be comfortable working across multiple time zones ● Manage the backlog working closely with delivery leads in China ● Identify initiatives to improve the websites with a focus on conversion optimisations and engagement ● Work with UED team to drive end to end website product initiatives including research and discovery, development of user flows, wireframes and stories (with UX/Design), and ongoing optimisation ● Work with other internal departments identify customer pain points and to develop solutions ● Collate requirements in to briefing documents and collaborate with delivery leads to size up requirements ● Able to balance and manage core website initiatives and ad-hoc campaign projects ● Be comfortable conducting testing across devices and browsers ● Incorporate SEO best practices across multiple search engines and geographies ● Comfortable with creating wireframes in Figma ● Leverage relationships to execute on objectives successfully

Job Description: Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the successful candidate will be part of a growing Global Policy Think Tank team, this role involves working closely with colleagues globally, supporting Ant International’s mission to offer digital services that facilitate the sustainable growth of global commerce and to bring more inclusive, green, and sustainable changes to the digital ecosystem. The candidate will report to Director of Business Development and Government Affairs, Malaysia. We are looking to hire a dynamic, proactive, versatile professional with a strong grasp of the evolving geopolitical trends, global economic headwinds, cross-border digital economy and payment landscape globally. The work environment is highly matrixed, cross-functional and require the candidate to collaborate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across diverse professional backgrounds, countries and cultures. Main Responsibilities: -Analyze the political, economic and payment system dynamics of Ant International’s business and solutions in key global markets — monitor policy and regulatory developments, anticipate risks and opportunities, evaluate their potential impact and proposed mitigation strategies. -Deliver high-quality macroeconomic analysis in key markets regularly. Contribute to short, quick reactive pieces, and in longer-term in-depth analysis and briefings on economic matters that have a direct impact on cross-border investment, trade, travel and etc. -Play a central role in tracking country-level policy developments, evaluate and effectively communicate with the internal and external stakeholders on key legislative, policy, and regulatory efforts across our key markets and sectors. Work closely with local country-based colleagues to assess its potential impact on our business globally. -Manage key industry-level policy/sustainability-related reports from multinational organizations such as FSB, BIS, IMF, WEF etc, to understand its influence on policy directions. -Build and expand a large and high-quality network of contacts through academic and think tanks, local government agencies, businesses, and other thought leaders. -Work closely with our internal Business Intelligence, and Strategic Planning teams to generate business briefings for governmental engagement on a bi-annual basis.
