任职要求
1. 具备3年以上信贷风控算法相关工作经验，熟悉A卡/B卡等风控模型开发及应用； 2. 熟悉市面主流数据源产品，包括不限于分析、挖掘、评估及风控场景实际应用经验； 3. 熟悉Python/Hive编程及传统机器学习算法，精通数据开发和机器学习研发流程，有智能体在信贷场景应用经验的同学优先； 4. 良好的学习和沟通能力，责任心&自驱力&合作精神，能深入客户，挖掘需求，解决问题。
工作职责
1. 负责信贷风控产品的模型研发，包括反欺诈、信用、收入、用户标签等金融机构常用的各类模型产品； 2. 负责基础数据挖掘工作，通过数据挖掘和特征工程（如embedding等）支撑产品性能的提升及拓展； 3. 应用机器学习&LLM等技术解决信贷场景实际问题，探索前沿技术在ToB商业化场景中落地。
