• Bachelor degree in Business Finance, Marketing, or any related specialisations. • 7 years+ experience in a product operations, partnerships and/ or marketing function within the technology sector, lending sector, financial services, fintech sector or e-commerce platform preferred. • Proficient in data analytical skills and deep understanding of the key conversion metrics. • A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and collaborate well with internal and external stakeholders. • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to project manage across multiple work streams and requirements. • Able to work independently and adapt to a fast and dynamic work environment with a high focus in end-results and bottom-line goals • You are a goal-getter, people person and self-motivator who can work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team settings. • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Local language to effectively communicate with local and regional teams. • Deep understanding of marketing conversation funnel and user behaviour metrics with the ability to analyse current user retention, traffic and optimize campaigns and using tools to increase the user penetrations on the platforms. • Able to work independently and adapt to a fast and dynamic work environment with a high focus in end-results and bottom-line goals
工作职责
• Manage the entire chain of business operations from product development plans, campaign management, marketing and partnership collaboration with internal stakeholders with cross function teams such as product, technology, legal, finance, compliance, marketing, credit risk and customer service within Alibaba E-commerce platforms. • Work with our internal and external partners to drive the adoption and growth of BNPL in-country with good understanding of the fintech/ lending scenes in the markets. • Contribute and influence the product roadmap together with our product development and technology team to improve overall user experience, develop product features and product operational tools to improve the overall product user conversions and experience. • A data expert with the ability to analyse and report key business metrics that will have a strong influence on business decisions. • Deep understanding of marketing conversation funnel and user behaviour metrics with the ability to analyse current user retention, traffic to create meaningful and impactful campaigns to educate and drive adoption for BNPL usage. • To plan and execute marketing campaigns and projects with relevant cross-function domains to increase overall reach and visibility of BNPL. • Role also entails day to day operation managements from internal, external stakeholder alignment and communications with partners, promotion campaigns management, UAT, product roadmap planning, reporting and budget management.
1.Partnership Management: Manage and maintain Trip.com’s relationships with OTA partners, Resellers and Metasearches. Optimize distirbution policies and strategy to enhance the sales goal of the company. 2.Business Negotiations: Lead the team handling business negotiations with OTA partners, Resellers and Metasearches including procurement, formulation of operational rules, implementation of cooperation plans, and maintaining customer relationships. Ensure team's KPI & OKR indicators proceed smoothly. 3.Cross-Department Collaboration: Assist the company's finance, product, technology, and service teams in streamlining processes with clients and facilitating communication. Ensure a full-cycle integration in product distribution, operational service system construction, and financial processes. 4.Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data from partners on a regular basis. Provide accurate data support to the company and clients to help formulate and adjust operational strategies. 5.Performance Tracking and Strategy Adjustment: Monitor and review the effectiveness of partnerships, and adjust cooperation strategies in a timely manner to respond to market changes and customer needs.
Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with MNOs and MVNOs globally. Maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual growth. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives. Manage the end-to-end process from initial contact to contract signing. Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand the availability and reach of travel essentials products, driving market share growth in key regions. Product Enhancement: Collaborate with partners to develop and launch new products or services that meet the needs of travelers. Provide market insights to optimize product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless integration and execution of different projects. Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze partner performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve outcomes and maximize ROI. Market Research: Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the telecom sector. Use this information to inform strategy and drive innovation. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business partnership activities, market trends, and performance metrics for senior management.

Business Analysis & Reporting • Conduct comprehensive business analysis to support decision-making across departments. • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders. • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance. Data Pipeline Development: • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using SQL, Spark, and other relevant technologies. • Optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and efficiency. Data Governance & Quality: • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through data profiling and cleansing processes. • Collaborate on data governance initiatives to establish standardized data practices. • Monitor and improve data quality to support accurate business decision-making. Business Intelligence & Visualization: • Develop interactive data dashboards and reports using BI visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to support business reviews and technical monitoring. • Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights. Data Support & Troubleshooting: • Manage and prioritize data support requests from business and product teams. • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across multiple systems, ensuring data consistency. • Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies. Data Integration: • Design and build scalable data integrations to support business needs. • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and maintain high-volume inbound and outbound integrations. Collaboration: • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
