● Support the operations of the investment hotline, including handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customers’ enquiries and requests in relation to investment and banking products ● Investigate the issue arising from the customers’ enquiries / complaints as a fact-finding process and escalate issues where appropriate ● Support business growths and development by achieving customer engagement ● Record and document all relevant enquiries and complaints in the system ● Acquire up-to-date product knowledge, market information and regulatory requirements for providing professional service to the customers ● Provide support to management and recommend service improvement ● Support ad-hoc tasks, including BCP service
• Manage 2 functions – KYC & Ops team • Oversee customer onboarding and lifecycle management, ensuring seamless end-to-end processes • Perform checker role in the BAU works • Managed the teams’ volume to meet the required SLA and timeline • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and consistencyEnsure timely completion of customer’s transactions/requests, reports and daily reconciliations/settlements • Collaborate with regional teams to streamline customer journeys and operations • Response to customer’s queries and concerns with the aim to achieve first call resolution • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support • Support regional projects and perform ad-hoc tasks as required • Report to the regional head of delivery channel
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at increasing our turnkey asset management platform (TAMP) TradingFront business market share, improving customer engagement, and achieving high ROI - Create and lead a lifecycle management module to increase retention of institutional clients on TradingFront. - Build and manage strategic partnerships with asset management firms to drive business growth, collaborating with industry stakeholders to expand TradingFront’s reach. - Plan and execute quarterly events to promote brand awareness and build strong relationships with institutional clients - Brainstorm and implement offline marketing initiatives aimed at driving institutional sales and revenue growth - Regularly monitor and assess marketing campaign performance, making adjustments to optimize results and maximize ROI - Conduct strategic competitor analysis and market research to inform business strategy and identify growth opportunities - Lead the creation and implementation of SEO-driven marketing content, to grow institutional clients' traction on TradingFront - Author thought-leadership articles to position the platform as a leader in the institutional finance space

For more information, please visit: https://us.anker.com/ Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for warehouse operations management, including the inbound and outbound handling of after-sales goods, shelving and usage of inventory, as well as reverse logistics and material scrapping, ensuring on-site inventory matches system records. - Responsible for managing refurbishment and repair operations, including delivery of refurbishment and repair services within the warehouse, improving on-site workflow efficiency and service quality, increasing the timeliness and success rate of refurbishments, and enhancing customer satisfaction with repair services. - Responsible for on-site personnel management, including workforce planning, recruitment, training, attendance, performance evaluation, and team optimization, to enhance the technical skills and productivity of refurbishment and repair staff. - Responsible for warehouse cost and expense management, including budget preparation, expense review, settlement, and expense tracking and analysis, ensuring the reasonableness of warehouse budgets and expenditures. - Responsible for warehouse compliance and risk management, including business license renewals, coordination with regulatory requirements, and ensuring safe warehouse operations to maintain low-risk business performance.
