Alipay+ is a global payment system aiming at collaborating with wallets, acquirers, and other payment systems to jointly enable interoperable and digital payment experiences for worldwide users and merchants. Alipay+ services include transaction processing, clearing and fund settlement, under unified commercial, product, settlement, fx, dispute and risk management rules for wallets and acquirers based in different countries. As a member of the Alipay+ Policy Center, you'll be leveraging your payment industry expertise to shape the governance policy of Alipay+ network. This includes rules workshops/consultations for external customers, business request analysis/rules deviation approvals with internal stakeholder teams, as well as rulebook and policy design for new payment products. What you'll do: - Rules support for business projects: Serve as a subject matter expert for new and existing business projects. You'll respond to inquiries from business teams and other functional groups, providing critical advice and interpretation of Alipay+ network rules during contract negotiations and daily operations. You may also be required to provide rules training workshops or compile training materials for business teams and external customers. - Manage the Alipay+ Rule Book: Support senior management business strategies or business teams' requests via rules design. This requires research on industry common practices and standards, discussion with product or operation teams, business model and rights/obligations design, rules documents drafting, and work with legal/compliance teams for rules release to external customers. By joining a team of payment experts and having insipring discussions about innovative payment initiatives, you'll gain a unique, high-level perspective on the cross-border payments industry. You'll be involved in the frontline strategic projects at Alipay+, a leading innovator in global payment interoperability.

Lead growth strategies for Alipay and A+ wallet users in these destinations to drive transaction growth in outbound travel within the region. ● Collaborate with key industry merchants and commercial areas to enhance cross-border travel experiences for Alipay+/A+ wallet users. ● Develop tailored marketing strategies and campaigns by leveraging platform/industry resources, seasonal opportunities, and innovative engagement models to strengthen Alipay+ as the preferred payment solution for cross-border travel. ● Drive user growth through productization initiatives and data-driven approaches. ● Partner closely with regional BD teams to design localized integrated marketing campaigns with key merchant partners, ensuring sustainable business growth.

We are seeking a lead Privacy Counsel to support Ant International’s growing Alipay+, Antom and Bettr business. Looking for a tech-savvy privacy lawyer who is passionate about data and eager to work on innovative issues in the fintech space and knowledgeable and experienced in China's Personal Information Protection Law. You are a business enabler. You will work closely with product and tech team, business development personnel, risk management and other legal/compliance/AML professional, and provide strategic advice to enable business growth and innovation in a privacy compliant manner. You are an effective DPO. You will establish, implement, and maintain privacy governance framework for the relevant business line and ensure compliance with applicable data privacy law and regulations. Responsibilities: Privacy Advisory: ● Provide privacy support to new product launches and initiatives in China and collaborate with APAC team for APAC initiatives. ● Analyze products, policies and initiatives to provide practical risk assessment and solution. ● Drive and implement privacy by design, understand the tech and product, and translate privacy principles into actionable product features. ● Support legal team in contract drafting and negotiation for privacy related issues. Privacy Compliance/DPO responsibilities: ● Drive and implement China’s PIPL compliance for the relevant entities as well as other applicable data privacy laws and regulations ● Monitor changes and updates in privacy legislation and advise on potential impacts to the relevant business lines.
