As the payment business expert, manage the business plan of core operation product. Fully understand the rules, product and can provide training and support to BD team. - Business project management: work with relevant teams to provide assessments and solutions that are in line with industry and regulatory practices. The Solution Engineer (SE) role resides within the Alipay Enterprise Presale Integration Solution (PIS) team and is responsible for critical activities such as integration solution creation, presentation and projects' implementation and maintenance. This person functions as a regional primary Technical Force for the Alipay global services and provides a single point of contact for any relevant technical consultation required by external and internal partners. This role provides deliveries for quality-focused activities such as requirements Integration Detail reviews, Technical Design reviews, Test Plan reviews, and Impact Analysis reviews. Working closely with the BD and PD teams, the SE role consistently ensures that any new Integration being done appropriately with the internal/external teams aligns with the direction, best practices, and standards defined. Finally, the SE must be able to present applicable advances and changes to help drive future-looking initiatives.

Partnership on boarding • Facilitate negotiation with mobile payment partnership, providing insights on pricing and other commercials; • Collaborate with product teams to build end-to-end financial metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making. Partner Management • Manage financial operations with strategic partners and other incentive programs; • Evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities; • Develop reconciliation frameworks for incentive programs, resolve discrepancies. Budgeting & Performance • Lead annual budgeting and monthlly forecasting, analyze ROI deviations, and drive corrective actions; • Design KPI frameworks for business units, deliver monthly performance dashboards to executives; • Co-work with regional team and accounting team to performa the monthly closing & other booking/accounting issue.

· Based on the Allipay unified wallets gateway strategy, develop product optimizations for pre-trip and during-trip scenarios, leveraging cross-border contexts; assist and empower local wallets, collaborate with key industry merchants to enhance business growth, and be responsible for core metrics such as TPV, number of payment users, number of new customers placing orders, and repurchase rates;   · Analyze user needs, labels, and profiles, and optimize user experience through data insights; implement refined operations and lifecycle management for users to achieve scalable and sustainable business growth;   · According to the needs of cross-border travel business for Southeast Asian wallets, develop industry operation strategies and plans by integrating Alipay+ brand/local wallets /external partners/industry marketing resources, enhancing the brand perception of Alipay+, and achieving healthy user growth through productization;   · Collaborate with the algorithm team to establish a feedback loop based on channel retention and conversion goals, promoting algorithm optimization, supply adjustments, and data asset accumulation.
