任职要求
1.5年以上互联网用户增长、产品运营工作经验,有线下支付、OTA、O2O、出境等行业相关工作经历者优先; 2.目标驱动,判断决策能力强,有较强推动力,有独立负责业务线、产品、渠道等工作经历者优先; 3.具备操盘大型运营活动经验,能够作为活动owner推动营销方案产品化落地并协助传播; 4.具备敏锐的产品感和洞察力,数据运营能力强,善于思考、善于寻找各种方法实现增长目标; 5.具有强烈的Ownership,持续不断的学习和创新能力,性格积极乐观,抗压能力强; ● 5+ years of experience in internet user growth or product operations. Prior exposure to offline payments, OTA, O2O, or outbound travel industries is preferred. ● Results-driven with strong decision-making and execution capabilities. Experience in independently managing business lines/products/channels is a plus. ● Proven track record in orchestrating large-scale operational campaigns, including end-to-end ownership of marketing program design and implementation. ● Product-savvy with sharp business acumen. Strong data operation capabilities and innovative problem-solving skills to achieve growth objectives. ● High ownership mindset, continuous learning agility, and resilience under pressure. Positive attitude with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills. ● Familiarity with regional regulatory and cultural environments is preferred.
工作职责
1.洞察东南亚及澳大利亚、新西兰为目的地的跨境游市场趋势,主导以东南亚及澳新为目的地的,支付宝及A+钱包用户跨境游增长策略,协同重点行业商户和商圈,提升支付宝及A+钱包用户在所负责区域目的地出境游交易增长; 2.根据跨境游业务需求,结合平台/行业营销资源、节点及玩法,制定行业营销策略和营销方案,提升支付宝及A+用户用Alipay+跨境出游心智;通过产品化的方式实现用户的健康增长; 3.和区域BD紧密协同,根据区域特性,通过整合营销等方式,联合重点商户伙伴商户驱动业务健康增长 ● Analyze market trends for cross-border tourism targeting Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Lead growth strategies for Alipay and A+ wallet users in these destinations to drive transaction growth in outbound travel within the region. ● Collaborate with key industry merchants and commercial areas to enhance cross-border travel experiences for Alipay+/A+ wallet users. ● Develop tailored marketing strategies and campaigns by leveraging platform/industry resources, seasonal opportunities, and innovative engagement models to strengthen Alipay+ as the preferred payment solution for cross-border travel. ● Drive user growth through productization initiatives and data-driven approaches. ● Partner closely with regional BD teams to design localized integrated marketing campaigns with key merchant partners, ensuring sustainable business growth.
1. 负责阿里国际电商平台速卖通日本区域风险管理 2. 从平台视角,对各种业务场景进行评估,制定全链路合规治理思路,包括但不限于风控产品优化、策略主动/被动防控、负向投诉闭环等,平衡体验与安全,确保平台全球范围内符合合规要求; 3.以法律法规为基础,对合规体系进行建设,并确保有效落实; 4.对电商供应链进行商品合规管理,确保供应体系中商品合规; 5.和各监管部门进行有效沟通,避免合规监管风险; 6.良好的项目管理能力,整合产研资源,协同上下游各职能团队,推动重要风控项目落地实施,实现风险控制和商业价值的完美平衡。 1.Responsible for the Japan market compliance and risk management of AliExpress, Alibaba's global e-commerce platform; 2.From the platform perspective, evaluate various business scenarios, formulate full-chain compliance governance ideas, including but not limited to risk control product optimization, proactive/passive defense strategies, negative complaint closed-loop, etc., balance experience and security, and ensure compliance requirements are met globally on the platform; 3.Based on laws and regulations, construct a compliance system and ensure effective implementation; 4.Manage product compliance in the e-commerce supply chain to ensure compliance of products in the supply system; 5.Communicate effectively with regulatory authorities to avoid compliance and regulatory risks; 6.Good project management skills, integrate production and research resources, collaborate with upstream and downstream functional teams, promote the implementation of important risk control projects, and achieve a perfect balance between risk control and business value.
