Key Responsibilities: Seller Acquisition & Recruitment: Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify, target, and recruit high-potential Korean brands and sellers across various categories (e.g., beauty, fashion, FMCG, electronics). End-to-End Onboarding: Manage the entire onboarding process, from initial pitch and negotiation to contract signing and guiding sellers through their first successful listing on Lazada. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at Korean brands. Serve as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Quality Control: Curate and vet potential brands to ensure they meet LZD's quality, authenticity, and brand reputation standards. Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the Korean e-commerce landscape, competitor strategies, and consumer trends to inform recruitment strategy. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and logistics teams to provide a seamless experience for new sellers and address any operational challenges. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as number of new sellers activated, initial GMV contribution, and sell-out performance.
Product Localization Optimization for Japan MarketGain deep insights into Japanese enterprise users’ work habits, communication styles, and business scenarios.Lead the localization and optimization of DingTalk’s core products (including collaboration and communication modules) for the Japanese market.Ensure functional logic, interface design, workflow, and copywriting are fully aligned with Japanese user preferences to deliver a seamless, localized user experience and enhance satisfaction and adoption. B2B AI Experience Design (E-commerce & Cross-border Scenarios)Own the AI-related product experience for DingTalk’s B2B business in Japan’s e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce sectors.Conduct in-depth research on key industry pain points (e.g., supply chain collaboration, customer service efficiency, data analytics needs) and cross-border challenges (e.g., multilingual communication, international logistics tracking, multi-currency settlement).Design AI-powered product solutions leveraging DingTalk’s AI capabilities (e.g., AI Sheets, intelligent assistants, analytics models) and drive implementation in real business scenarios. Product Requirement & Iteration ManagementCollect and analyze AI product requirements from Japanese e-commerce clients.Define priorities, manage the product roadmap, and coordinate with R&D and algorithm teams to deliver product functions as planned.Monitor key usage metrics post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterate to continuously improve product value in target use cases. Cross-team Collaboration & Localization ExecutionWork closely with DingTalk HQ’s product, engineering, and marketing teams to communicate Japan-specific needs and localization goals.Ensure proper resource allocation from HQ for Japan’s AI business.Collaborate with local Japan sales and support teams to collect frontline feedback, validate localization effectiveness, and promote product adoption across Japanese enterprises. Unique opportunity with Alibaba’s Global marketplace- AliExpress. This role is part of global marketing team, based in the HQ at HZ, China. As a Project Manager the position independently leads the Media management scope for global markets working closely with the Media agencies. 2. Responsibilities include (but not limited to) Media strategy/planning across touchpoints, Consumer insights/analysis, Execution management incl Scheduling, KPI benchmarking, Tightening media performance evaluation metric, Tracking, Co-ordination with cross functional stakeholders- including Media Agency, Buying/Purchasing team, Brand management team, Country teams etc. 3. Responsible for daily running the media operations smoothly incl big window promotions. 4. Explore innovative media experiments, Innovations, JBPs, Content co-operations to grow return on investment. 5. Constantly learning global media ecosystem with agility to be able to lead the agency team to achieve desired results on effectiveness, efficiency and Innovation KPIs.
Support daily commercial operations for Local Korean market, including product management, pricing strategy execution, and promotion collaboration; Assist in monitoring sales data, analyzing operational metrics, and driving business goal achievement; Coordinate with category managers and cross-functional teams to implement supply chain, inventory, and order execution processes; Participate in the execution of commercial projects and process optimization to improve overall operational efficiency; Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure compliance and smooth transaction processes; Support the development of operational strategies and improvement plans based on market feedback.
