Experience: 5+ years in sales training or learning & development. Background in cross-border payments, fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce preferred. Essential: Experience delivering training across Southeast Asia or multi-country markets.
Language: Fluent spoken and written English. Fluency in spoken and written Chinese is a strong plus for seamless course development, delivery, and communication.
Expertise: Proficiency in end-to-end training processes (needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation, evaluation). Hands-on experience with established curriculum development models is preferred.
Collaboration: Outstanding cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills. Ability to engage effectively with regional business leaders and diverse stakeholders to drive project execution.

You will be responsible for leading the overseas training team. By identifying skill and knowledge gaps within our regional overseas sales teams, you will design targeted knowledge frameworks, and build, implement, and optimize professional training and development systems. Your work is expected to drive a significant improvement in sales efficiency and have a measurable, positive impact on overseas business growth. Key Responsibilities Strategy & System Development: Independently design and iteratively improve the training framework for our international business regions. This includes, but is not limited to, designing differentiated learning paths for sales personnel at various stages (e.g., new hires, existing employees) across different regions (such as Southeast Asia, Europe, the Americas), building instructor and evaluation systems, and managing multilingual knowledge repositories. Training Needs Diagnosis & Solution Design: Develop talent competency models. Analyze gaps between frontline sales capabilities and business objectives across regions, identify deficiencies in product knowledge and sales skills, and design targeted learning solutions. Content Development & Localization: Lead the development, adaptation, and localization of high-quality training content (e.g., product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance/risk control, career development) based on needs analysis. Ensure content effectively addresses skill gaps while being market-relevant and culturally appropriate. Training Delivery & Enablement: As the owner of overseas training implementation, lead the team in delivering diverse training formats (workshops, live online sessions, virtual classrooms, e-learning) to overseas employees and ensure training effectiveness. Effect Evaluation & Iteration: Establish a robust training evaluation framework (e.g., utilizing models like Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels) aligned with business efficiency goals. Continuously measure impact, analyze how training influences business metrics, and optimize programs based on data and feedback. Knowledge Management: Design knowledge mapping aligned with business objectives. Proactively collaborate with global product, marketing, and sales teams to identify, refine, and institutionalize best practices. Build and maintain a globally accessible knowledge repository to ensure timely updates and effective dissemination.

You are expected to work closely with BD, product, tech, funding, risk, branding, legal etc. teams, to ensure that Alipay+ business rules and standards are observed, hence enabling the efficiency and sustainability during continuous business expansion. You would have the chance to design the end-to-end Risk Management operation solution about SME clients’ Onboarding and the day to day transition risk monitoring. To better achieve the risk management strategy, you would have the chance to work with the expertise globally to demonstrate how to better mitigate risk during onboarding review and transaction monitoring, and balance customer experience and risk control. Responsibilities: 1.Understand business and internal product and process,to ensure the Risk operation excellent. 2.Design fraud and AML risk cases investigation method and prepare related for training to Risk team as well as business team. 3.Conduct Customer Due Diligence background investigations in adherence with fraud risk policy and compliance. 4.Work closely with the team to analysis the risk characteristics, customer experience pain points in a systematic way and establish the internal library of Customer Risk Profile. Provide knowledge feedback to risk policies/strategies team to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. 5.Monitor the operation system efficiency, and prepare intelligence reports / circulars for management's review. 6.Coordinate or collaborate with business units to solve the fraud and AML risk case, ensure the business comply with local requirement. 7.Support other ongoing customer risk management solution, including but not limit to, periodically account review, Enhance Due Diligence, etc.

Provide expertise to customers to implement CF reporting requirement and local reporting requirements. • Communication with headquarters, Support customers and internal/external partners on a professional level: To advice customer regarding service-related topics in the languages of customers and help customer to find the solution. To discuss, share or explain the specific information to internal/external contacts, including Controller/Commercial of OC/BU, GL accountant of OC/BU, Corp Finance / Group Accounting, IT, Internal/external Auditor etc. • Provide project support, e.g., Automation and optimization Project. • Work with other functions to resolve issues in a timely manner • Any other ad hoc assignment as required, e.g., Conduct training courses to internal/ external party. • Experience with international projects or lean projects is perferred.
