Develop and manage strategic partnerships with financial service providers, including banks, schemes, fintechs, and mobile wallet platforms, to enhance Lazada 's payment solutions. Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities, conducting market research and analysis to understand industry trends and competitor offerings. Negotiate partner investment and execute partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with LazPay's business goals and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with e-commerce cross functional teams including Commercial, Legal, Product and Campaign teams to deliver great customer propositions in platform campaigns leveraging partner funded promotions Monitor partnership and campaign performance, measure key metrics, and implement optimization strategies to maximize utilization of partner funding. Oversee end to end operational process from the start of of the partnership, execution of the campaign, and any post-campaign reconciliations.
This role is responsible for developing and managing payment partnerships to achieve best-in-class solutions and collaboration in eCommerce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial service industry, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of driving results through strategic collaborations. Ant International is looking for a Business & Product Operations, Senior Manager to drive the adoption and growth of, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) product which spans across Southeast Asia. As part of the Regional Team, you will be the key personnel to ensure the smooth-running operations of our lending business supporting across leading Alibaba E-commerce platforms responsible for all internal and external stakeholder management. You are a goal-getter, a people person and a desired team player for the regional and local country teams and a hands-on project manager to manage projects efficiently and implement the product roadmap and plans. • Manage the entire chain of business operations from product development plans, campaign management, marketing and partnership collaboration with internal stakeholders with cross function teams such as product, technology, legal, finance, compliance, marketing, credit risk and customer service within Alibaba E-commerce platforms. • Work with our internal and external partners to drive the adoption and growth of BNPL in-country with good understanding of the fintech/ lending scenes in the markets. • Contribute and influence the product roadmap together with our product development and technology team to improve overall user experience, develop product features and product operational tools to improve the overall product user conversions and experience. • A data expert with the ability to analyse and report key business metrics that will have a strong influence on business decisions. • Deep understanding of marketing conversation funnel and user behaviour metrics with the ability to analyse current user retention, traffic to create meaningful and impactful campaigns to educate and drive adoption for BNPL usage. • To plan and execute marketing campaigns and projects with relevant cross-function domains to increase overall reach and visibility of BNPL. • Role also entails day to day operation managements from internal, external stakeholder alignment and communications with partners, promotion campaigns management, UAT, product roadmap planning, reporting and budget management.

LazInsure is a growing business unit that focuses on providing embedded insurance solutions within AIDC's e-commerce platforms. Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Institution Payment Partnerships Manager to join our team. As the Payment Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the performance of existing Financial Institutions (FIs) partnerships in your respective region/market. Your primary objective will be to provide world-class payment services to our clients through effective relationship management and collaboration with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: •Serve as the primary Point-of-Contact for local market knowledge, providing consultation on local payment products and landscape to the internal and external stakeholders. •Establish and maintain strong relationships with payment partners (mainly global card acquirers). Engage with key executives in the financial industry to foster partnerships and ensure alignment with business objectives. •Act as the key escalation point in negotiations and discussions with key influencers, partners, and regulators, ensuring that our interests are represented effectively. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and prioritize new product and channel launches. Lead the coordination and cooperation between FI partners, product teams, and headquarters to drive successful outcomes. •Contribute to marketing operations to drive higher usage and conversion rates for payment channels. Work closely with marketing teams to develop strategies and initiatives that enhance customer engagement and promote adoption. •Monitor and manage the performance of all payment partners in your respective countries. Track key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to enhance performance and optimize the partnership ecosystem. •Assist in building an efficient funds management network in the responsible market, working towards establishing seamless and secure payment processes.
