工作职责


Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Institution Payment Partnerships Manager to join our team. As the Payment Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the performance of existing Financial Institutions (FIs) partnerships in your respective region/market. Your primary objective will be to provide world-class payment services to our clients through effective relationship management and collaboration with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
•Serve as the primary Point-of-Contact for local market knowledge, providing consultation on local payment products and landscape to the internal and external stakeholders.
•Establish and maintain strong relationships with payment partners (mainly global card acquirers). Engage with key executives in the financial industry to foster partnerships and ensure alignment with business objectives.
•Act as the key escalation point in negotiations and discussions with key influencers, partners, and regulators, ensuring that our interests are represented effectively.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and prioritize new product and channel launches. Lead the coordination and cooperation between FI partners, product teams, and headquarters to drive successful outcomes.
•Contribute to marketing operations to drive higher usage and conversion rates for payment channels. Work closely with marketing teams to develop strategies and initiatives that enhance customer engagement and promote adoption.
•Monitor and manage the performance of all payment partners in your respective countries. Track key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to enhance performance and optimize the partnership ecosystem.
•Assist in building an efficient funds management network in the responsible market, working towards establishing seamless and secure payment processes.
