任职要求
1. 7年及以上产品相关工作/5年及以上互联网金融/支付相关行业经验,有数字钱包/银行/卡/移动支付等平台工作经验优先
2. 有较强的商业意识和支付行业产品规划经验,能够进行平台能力抽象
3. 具备较强的产品owner意识,有较好的跨团队协作能力、抗压能力和自我驱动力
4. 英文流利可作为工作语言
1. 7 years or above product related working experience/5 years working experience in Fintech/payment and related industry, digital wallet/banking/card/mobile payment related work experience is preferred
2. Acute business sense and experience in product planning in the payment industry, and able to abstract platform capabilities
3. Have a strong product owner awareness , excellent cross-team cooperation abilities, anti-pressure ability and self-driving force
4. Fluent English (proficient enough as a working language)
工作职责
1. 构建贴合客户需求的钱包产品和核心支付能力,以支持全球客户包括但不限于产品规划与建设、多市场的客户市场调研、客户需求分析,抽象并设计核心钱包通用能力 2. 分析和明确用户价值和客户价值,协助客户管理长期和短期产品规划以及优先级 3. 为钱包交付及项目落地端到端负责,包括用户App端产品、后台管理等 4. 识别客户需求与基线产品的匹配程度,反哺产品升级,以确保高稳定性、性能和可靠性 5. 带领团队与客户实现钱包产品落地,助力客户钱包运营及增长,帮助客户成功 6. 负责对生态合作伙伴进行赋能,在售前阶段快速分析客户需求并产出产品方案、在交付阶段推动产品按时落地、在售后阶段快速响应客户 1. Build wallet products and core payment capabilities that meet customer needs to support global clients including but not limited to product planning and construction, cross-market research, customer demand analysis, abstract and design core wallet general capabilities 2. Analyze and define user values and customer values to assist customers to manage long-term and short-term product planning and priorities 3. Responsible for wallet project delivery and go-to-market, including user App products, backoffice management and etc 4. Identify how well customer needs match the baseline product and feed product upgrades to ensure high stability, performance and reliability 5. Lead the team and clients to achieve wallet products go-to-market and delivery, and assist client wallet operation and growth to make client succeed; 6. Responsible for empowering ecosystem partners, quickly analyze client requirements and output product solutions in the pre-sales phase, conduct the product delivery in time, and respond promptly to clients in the after-sales phase.

1、负责支付网络平台核心产品能力设计,支持国际市场主流支付方式的产品抽象; 2、了解国际市场主流支付方式的产品形态、业务流程、用户体验,包括但不限于E-wallet、信用卡借记卡、Direct Debit、Virtual Account、BNPL等; 3、熟练使用通用的领域模型设计方法抽象支付网络平台各模块的通用产品能力,并根据业务需求和外部支付渠道能力的演化持续优化产品模型; 4、根据业务优先级和模型成熟度,管理短期和长期产品规划及优先级,对全产品生命周期端到端负责,从构思、设计、开发、测试,上线和运维; 5、识别业务需求和我们的产品基线之间的匹配度,改进产品架构和设计,以确保通用性、高稳定性、性能和可靠性; 6、与多个跨职能团队合作,有效地管理跨多个市场的合作方和产品,不断优化产品需求受理流程,提高交付效能。
作为阿里国际数字商业(AIDC)集团的支付产品经理,将为阿里巴巴集团国际化电商业务,构建平台化支付能力,为海外用户提供良好的电商支付体验,助力阿里国际的金融与支付业务多国家的业务发展。工作中,你将组织和带领跨职能团队完成大型项目协作,协同如设计团队,技术团队,客资财务,法务合规,客户服务和三方机构等多团队共同完成产品交付。 工作职责: ●负责产品功能的规划及方案的撰写和落地,满足阿里国际化生态下对支付方式能力的覆盖,以及提供全球有竞争力的支付能力的要求; ●负责搭建支付中台的能力,服务于 AIDC多国家多支付工具的标准化接入;同时构建标准化收单支付、营销、结算的产品能力,服务于 AIDC 信贷以及保险等金融业务的发展; ●通过与多团队协作,协同完成支付产品整体解决方案的攥写,评审和产品方案的落地; ●关注用户研究、行业竞品研究,持续进行产品微创新。
1. 针对跨境行业的生态机构和平台(如电商平台、费控报销、共享经济平台、人力薪酬机构、企业对公差旅、数字媒体和游戏、超大型的出海企业)设计有针对性的跨境支付和金融的解决方案 2. 解决方案需涵盖生态机构和平台客户的完整的价值链,如收款、外汇交易、批量付款(账户、钱包和VCC等)、企业资金管理、企业对公差旅等 3. 跨部门沟通和协作,确保方案的落地,并协助准备销售所需材料和工具,帮助推广上述解决方案,精准高效的解决客户的问题 4. 根据产品核心价值,结合平台/机构客户的生命周期,制定核心用户增长策略,提升交易规模和产品的渗透率,并能直接从这些客户中产生更多的交易量和收入
