任职要求
1、研究生或以上学历,金融、经济、会计、数学或相关专业;CFA须通过Level II 或以上;具备基金、证券从业资格;有港股/美股市场从业经验者优先。
2、5年及以上工作经验,其中2年以上基金评价或资产管理产品研究经验。有基金尽调经验或熟悉海外基金产品体系者优先。
3、熟练使用Wind等数据工具。掌握Python/VBA优先。
4、工作语言为英语,具备出色的中英文口语及写作能力。
5、有持续的抗压力与学习力,敢于拥抱变化。
1.Master’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field; CFA Level II passed or above; possession of fund and securities industry qualifications; candidates with experience in Hong Kong or U.S. stock markets are preferred.

1、 开展境内外企业用户投资需求调研及分析,制定产品策略; 2、 对境内外第三方金融产品开展尽调、上架,并对收益及风险建立持续的评估与监控机制; 3、 跟踪宏观经济动态、产业趋势及资本市场动态,及时调整产品方案; 4、 及时分析企业用户数据,优化自动化产品策略与持有体验; 5、 构建境内外基金评价体系,对投资风格、稳定性、风险调整后收益进行评估与输出; 6、 建立并维护公司与境外第三方资产管理公司等金融产品提供商之间的合作关系; 7、 输出面向企业用户的通俗化投资教育内容。 1. Conduct and lead research on investment needs of corporate clients both domestically and overseas, and formulate product strategies. 2. Perform due diligence and listing of third-party financial products from onshore and offshore markets, and establish ongoing evaluation and monitoring mechanisms for their returns and risks. 3. Monitor macroeconomic trends, industry developments, and capital market dynamics, and adjust product offerings in a timely manner. 4. Analyze corporate client data promptly to optimize automated product strategies and enhance user holding experience. 5. Build a fund evaluation framework for onshore and offshore funds, assessing and reporting on investment styles, consistency, and risk-adjusted returns. 6. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with offshore third-party asset management firms and other financial product providers. 7. Produce and deliver investment educational materials for corporate clients.
1.根据投研投顾产品策略,开展境内外资管处产品的筛选、接洽,建立筛选管理机制及流程; 2.对第三方金融产品开展尽调、上架,并参与持续的评估; 3.根据产品策略及表现,及时调整产品要求; 4.建立并维护公司与境外第三方资产管理公司等金融产品提供商之间的合作关系; 5.负责所辖海外市场业务落地所需的各类合作方接洽、商务谈判,维护良好的合作生态。 1. Conduct screening and outreach for domestic and international asset management products based on investment research and advisory product strategies, and establish product selection mechanisms and processes; 2. Perform due diligence on third-party financial products, manage product listing, and participate in ongoing performance evaluations; 3. Adjust product requirements in a timely manner according to product strategy and performance; 4. Build and maintain cooperative relationships with overseas third-party asset management firms and other financial product providers; 5. Lead engagement and commercial negotiations with various partners required for overseas market business rollout, and maintain a healthy and sustainable partnership ecosystem.
1. 搭建To B理财管理平台,对接准入基金公司/基金管理平台的各类产品,支持不同币种、不同业务、不同对接模式。保障产品的通用性和延展性。 2.根据不同业务方场景及监管要求,设计用户全流程申赎体验,为用户体验和产品转化负责。 3. 充分协同好业务、中台、法合等协同团队,负责产品或项目落地过程中的跟踪与汇报,结合业务发展需求与思路,支撑产品验收与交付相关工作顺利进行,能够及时发现并反馈并主导解决产品生命周期中的各项问题与风险。
1. 负责香港线上财富管理平台的经营,重点聚焦香港证券、股票交易及财富管理类产品。 2. 设计并执行全链路线上运营策略,覆盖用户获取、激活、留存与转化,推动交易规模与业务增长。 3. 与产品、技术、市场团队协作,优化系统功能与客户体验,完善投资旅程设计。 4. 开展市场与竞品研究,输出分析洞察,为新产品及活动上线提供支持。 1. Be responsible for the overall operation of the Hong Kong online wealthmanagement platform, focusing on Hong Kong securities, stocktrading, and wealthmanagement products. 2. Design and implement endtoend online operation strategies covering user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion to enhance trading volume and business growth. 3. Collaborate closely with product, technology, and marketing teams to optimize system functionality, enhance the client experience, and refine the investmentjourney design. 4. Conduct market and competitor research, deliver analytical insights, and support the launch of new products and marketing campaigns.
