任职要求
1. Education: Bachelor‘s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
2. Experience​: 
· Minimum 8 years of proven experience in strategic partnership development, key account management, or business development, with a focus on enterprise clients.​
· Demonstrated track record of successfully negotiating and executing high-value partnerships. 
· Experience in Fintech, Payment or Financial services is strongly preferred.​
3. Skills​: 
· Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of translating vision into actionable plans. ​
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at the C-suite and executive levels. ​
· Proven negotiation skills, with a focus on creating win-win outcomes. ​
· Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines. ​
· Proficiency in English. ​
