工作职责


We are seeking one dynamic and results-driven BD of Strategic Partnerships to lead the development and execution of high-impact collaboration strategies with our most valuable enterprise clients. This role will serve as the primary liaison between the company and key accounts, focusing on identifying growth opportunities, fostering long-term relationships, and driving mutually beneficial partnerships that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in scaling partnerships with large organizations to deliver sustainable revenue and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnership Development​
· Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic collaboration opportunities with top-tier enterprise clients, including joint product launches, co-marketing initiatives, and integrated service solutions.
· Develop tailored partnership roadmaps aligned with client business goals and our company’s growth strategy, ensuring alignment with short-term KPIs and long-term vision.
2. Relationship Management​
· Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, serving as the trusted advisor for all partnership-related matters.​
· Conduct regular business reviews to assess partnership performance, address challenges, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
3. Negotiation & Execution​
· Lead MOU negotiations for strategic partnerships, collaborating with business, legal, finance, and product teams to ensure terms are mutually beneficial and compliant with company policies.​
· Oversee the implementation of partnership agreements, coordinating internal resources to deliver on commitments and drive timely results.
4. Market & Competitive Analysis​
· Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify emerging partnership opportunities and adjust strategies proactively.​
· Provide insights to senior leadership on market dynamics and potential risks/opportunities related to key account partnerships.
5. Cross-Business / Functional Collaboration​
· Work closely with businesses, marketing, product, and customer service teams to align partnership strategies with internal capabilities, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions to clients.​
· Drive internal awareness of key account priorities and partnership goals to foster a collaborative approach across businesses and departments.
