工作职责
1. Own overall revenue and logo acquisition goals for Indonesia 2. Recruit, lead and replicate sales capabilities to sales team to meet company revenue and logo acquisition goals for Indonesia 3. Collaborate with partner team to acquire partners and fulfill wider ecosystem goals in Indonesia 4. Collaborate with marketing for Indonesia based marketing events and be the representative person in Indonesia to represent Oceanbase in industry events 5. Able to leverage existing senior customer contacts and ecosystem relationships preferably in FSI, Fintech, Payments and digital native companies. Able to function both as a senior sales IC and team leader, during 0 to 1 phase

1. 向量数据库（算法、索引、查询、存储）等方向研发 2.多模数据库（空间数据库、文档数据库等）相关计算、存储开发
定位数据库产品&内核技术支持专家，主要负责OceanBase国内混合云（专有云&软件）工单的二线技术支持服务工作。 需要深入理解相关数据库产品的技术原理和运行机制，通过日志分析、工具分析等手段定位问题原因提供问题解决方案。 按照问题自身严重&紧急程度，结合客户的业务需求情况，及时有效推动问题处理和升级，跟进问题稳妥有效解决，保证整体技术支持服务的满意度。
