1、支付渠道对接 作为东南亚市场支付渠道运营专家,协同战略合作伙伴,推动合作深化与支付渠道优化。 2、产品优化与创新 推动支付渠道优化与创新方案,提升支付/退款/提现体验及成功率; 主导支付渠道接入与运营全流程管理,跨部门协调资源,确保按质按时交付。 3、数据分析与效能提升 定义并追踪支付渠道核心指标,持续优化客户体验与业务效能; 针对Lazada支付渠道表现,制定数据挖掘策略,通过科学方法管控支付渠道成本与效率。 4、 项目管理与协作 协同多方利益相关者推动项目落地,确保团队明确需求与技术规范,高效达成目标。
• Manage existing and forge new card acquiring license application project and prepare related BRD. • Work with cross-functional teams especially in product, operations and sales to launch and operationalize card payment, take responsibility for card payment TPV. • Contribute to developing Antom’s card payments strategy. • Practice the Ant culture within the team, and build and empower talents.
1. Be responsible for the full life cycle management of in-store payment products, including product planning, product design, prodcut release, and subsequent iterative optimization,Design EMV-compliant terminal software (EMV & Tap-to-pay solutions), optimize transaction flows (sale, ,void, clearing, etc.), and ensure EMV L3 certification & PCI P2PE security standards. 2. Deeply understand users and markets, conduct market research and competitor analysis, define product positioning, product strategies, and product roadmaps, Analyze merchant needs, track market trends (e.g., contactless payments, QR payment, terminal operation), and manage & develop terminal operation tools. 3. Break down product structure and modules, analyze user stories, design product features & user experiences. 4. Work closely with internal and external teams & stakeholders, manage and drive product projects to ensure products are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards. Collaboration among terminal vendors, solution partners and security service suppliers, etc. 5. Participate customer delivery activities to verify products and ensure customer success. Such as payment routing solution & multi-channel integration management, etc. 6. Understand, define and track product performance metrics and continuously enhance customer experience and performance. Such as PSR optimize & Reducing merchant transaction costs.

Business partner role: to work closely with Antom Americas BD and FIBD team to address their biz goal, initiatives and deliver business results, including but not limited to pricing, market & industry research, operation improvement, ROI evaluation, project modeling, contract review, risk management and special case handling 2. Business analysis role: Provide high-quality financial analysis and commentary for monthly and quarterly performance review and rolling forecasts by merchant, to support senior management making decisions on key business development opportunities and BD business performance / achievement rate tracking 3. Support budgeting and performance appraisal process: work closely with business team, billing team, FPA, reporting and SSC for financial planning, budgeting and operation matters across all operation regions 4. Get hands-on and influence others in resolving issues and exploiting new opportunities as they arise 5. Support any other ad-hoc projects
