Over 8 years’ working experience in finance BP role or relevant analytical field 3. Be comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting findings to management. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload 4. Demonstrated ability to translate strong technical capabilities into commercial judgement, and to work independently and self-motivated in a fast paced and rapidly-changing environment where new business initiatives are frequently introduced 5. Knowledge of e-payment, e-commerce and financial services is a plus 6. Curiosity in continuous learning, and strong inter-person skills with the ability to interact with multi-functional teams to drive the discussion, alignment and actions 7. Fluent in both written and spoken English

Business partner role: to work closely with Antom Americas BD and FIBD team to address their biz goal, initiatives and deliver business results, including but not limited to pricing, market & industry research, operation improvement, ROI evaluation, project modeling, contract review, risk management and special case handling 2. Business analysis role: Provide high-quality financial analysis and commentary for monthly and quarterly performance review and rolling forecasts by merchant, to support senior management making decisions on key business development opportunities and BD business performance / achievement rate tracking 3. Support budgeting and performance appraisal process: work closely with business team, billing team, FPA, reporting and SSC for financial planning, budgeting and operation matters across all operation regions 4. Alibaba International Digital Commerce is looking for a Business Operations & Partnerships, Manager/ Senior Manager to drive the adoption and growth of Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) product. As part of the Alibaba International Digital Commercial Digital Credit Team, you will be responsible for the continued business growth of BNPL and the main person in charge in the markets. This position is based in Hangzhou, China. • Manage the entire chain of business operations from product development plans, campaign management, marketing and partnership collaboration with internal stakeholders with cross function teams such as product, technology, legal, finance, compliance, marketing, credit risk and customer service within Aliexpress. • Work with our partner(s) to drive the adoption and growth of BNPL in Mexico and Brazil with good understanding of the fintech/ lending scenes regionally or globally. • Contribute and influence the product roadmap together with our product development and technology team to improve overall user experience, develop product features and product operational tools to improve the overall product user conversions and experience. • A data expert with the ability to analyse and report key business metrics that will have a strong influence on business decisions. • Deep understanding of marketing conversation funnel and user behaviour metrics with the ability to analyse current user retention, traffic to create meaningful and impactful campaigns to educate and convert Aliexpress BNPL users. • Role also entails day to day operation managements from external alignment and communications with partners, promotion campaigns management, UAT, product roadmap planning, reporting and budget management.
