工作职责
Responsible for the management of office workspace in Singapore: • Closely follow changes in the company's business strategy, provide comprehensive administrative solutions, and through collaboration between internal teams and external supplier resources, coordinate the full lifecycle space operations of office facilities. This includes but is not limited to space renovation and modification, space management, supplier management, service management, and risk control. Achieve standardized operational management, reasonably control costs, improve business quality, and enhance service satisfaction. • By deeply engaging with key personnel (KP), understand customer needs, and provide strong administrative support and implementation guarantee for business departments in areas such as organizational development, cultural construction, team atmosphere cultivation, and project activities. • Participate in the formulation and promotion of administrative policies, ensuring effective communication of information both internally and externally. • Coordinate the setup of administrative operation standards, standardized processes, and product system development, and promote the implementation of international campus projects. • Handle other duties as assigned."

1. 建立与业务部门良好的行政沟通体系与职场行政管理体系,负责所支持职场/部门的行政需求对接、各类行政工作规划落地,持续打造安全、高效、健康、舒适的办公环境,营造良好的行政服务氛围; 2. 主导或参与各类行政工作顺利落地,如职场安全管理(消防、保卫及其他突发安全事件应急管理等)、物业管理(搬家入住、施工改造、职场设备设施管理-办公资产/安全急救设备等)、员工体验类(组织/协助组织实施:节日活动、体育赛事、餐食管理、健身房管理、健康小屋管理)等; 3. 承接其他业务部门需要的综合行政类工作事项;
1、统筹园区全生命周期空间运营,从建设期前置规划到成熟期高效运转,通过资源整合和精细化管理,打造安全、智慧、绿色的大型园区; 2、负责园区建设期前置规划,梳理评审园区运营定位、功能分区、动线规划等布局需求,并管理协调相关方建设落地,包括但不仅限于需求梳理、设计确认、行政筹备、承接验收等空间筹备全链路工作; 3、负责园区行政运营,包括但不限于空间管理、服务管理及风险控制等方面;实现运营管理规范,合理控制成本,提高业务质量及服务满意度; 4、负责园区合作供应商的日常管理,通过目标设定、过程管理和结果运用,激发供应商积极性,达成园区服务和管理结果; 5、负责策划组织园区内空间文化活动;同时为公司及各业务方在园区组织开展的各类活动做好行政保障; 6、负责建立和维护园区属地管理部门生态关系。
1.负责制定和执行境外办公室行政支持策略,为客户提供标准化和定制化行政服务方案,不断提升服务满意度; 2.负责搭建境外办公室全生命周期流程制度体系和质量运营标准,并实施落地跟踪,包括但不限于办公室交付、5S管理、办公安全、突发事件应急处置; 3.负责对境外办公室行政费用、工位空间等数据进行整合分析,监控异常数据并推动解决,实现行政成本的合理管控、降本增效; 4.针对客户需求提供相应供应商解决方案,并制定对第三方供应商的管理要求和考核评估方案; 5.负责统筹境外办公室行政的各项培训工作,赋能提升境外行政员工的整体能力; 6.负责协助进行员工入离职和办公室内氛围营造工作; 7.协同职能部门支持公司各项工作在境外的落地。 Responsibilities 1.Develop and execute administrative support strategies for overseas offices, delivering standardized and customized service solutions to enhance client satisfaction. 2.Establish full lifecycle process systems and quality operational standards for overseas offices, including but not limited to: 0ffice delivery and setup,5S management,Workplace safety,Emergency response protocols.Ensure implementation and continuous monitoring of these standards. 3.Consolidate and analyze data on administrative costs, workspace utilization, etc. Monitor anomalies, drive resolutions, and achieve cost-effective management through optimization and efficiency improvements. 4.Design vendor solutions tailored to client needs, and develop management requirements and performance evaluation frameworks for third-party suppliers. 5.Oversee training programs for overseas administrative staff to enhance competencies and drive team empowerment. 6.Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding procedures and foster a positive workplace atmosphere. 7.Coordinate with functional departments to support the implementation of the company's overseas operations.
