● 具有5年以上用戶運營經驗，有香港地區銀行/證券行業工作經驗者優先
● 目标驱动，判断决策能力强，有较强推动力，有独立负责业务线、产品、渠道等工作经历者优先；
● 具备操盘大型运营活动经验，能够作为活动owner推动营销方案产品化落地并协助传播；
● 具备敏锐的产品感和洞察力，数据运营能力强，善于思考、善于寻找各种方法实现增长目标；
● 具有强烈的Ownership，持续不断的学习和创新能力，性格积极乐观，抗压能力强；
● 5+ years of experience in internet user growth or product operations. Prior exposure to HongKong SAR finance, stock industries is preferred.
● Results-driven with strong decision-making and execution capabilities. Experience in independently managing business lines/products/channels is a plus.
