- 8+ years of experience in User Growth, Consumer Product, Growth Product Management, Lifecycle Management, CRM, or Growth Strategy.
- Strong understanding of digital payments, wallets, checkout experiences, or consumer fintech products.
- Proven track record in building and scaling user growth strategies with measurable business impact.
- Strong product mindset with deep empathy for user behavior and customer experience.
- Good understanding of AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and their impact on consumer products and digital commerce.
- Hands-on experience using AI to improve productivity, automate workflows, or optimize business operations.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem solving.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in payment platforms, digital wallets, fintech, identity platforms, or consumer internet products.
- Experience in marketplace, platform, or ecosystem growth.
- Familiarity with Agentic Commerce, AI-powered consumer experiences, or AI Agent ecosystems.
- Experience launching products across multiple markets.
