工作职责


We are looking for an experienced growth leader to define and scale the user growth strategy for Agentic Payment.
You will be responsible for designing growth strategies, optimizing the user lifecycle, and driving user adoption across merchants and ecosystems in an agentic context.
You should be passionate about understanding user behavior, identifying growth opportunities, and building scalable growth engines. At the same time, you should understand how AI is transforming digital commerce and leverage AI to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities include:
1. Growth Strategy
- Define and execute the overall user growth strategy for Connect across different markets and merchant ecosystems.
- Design scalable acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies.
- Develop growth playbooks for different merchant segments and user scenarios.
2. User Lifecycle Management
- Own the end-to-end user journey, including onboarding, account activation, payment credential binding, first payment, cross-merchant reuse, and long-term engagement.
- Continuously optimize key growth metrics including activation rate, payment method binding rate, repeat usage, and cross-merchant adoption.
3. Merchant Growth Enablement
- Partner with merchants to design user growth initiatives that accelerate Connect adoption.
- Develop merchant enablement programs, incentive mechanisms, and lifecycle campaigns to improve user conversion and engagement.
- Identify reusable growth models that can scale across multiple merchants and markets.
4. Data & Experimentation
- Build growth dashboards and define key business metrics.
- Design and execute growth experiments through A/B testing and data analysis.
- Translate user insights into product improvements and growth initiatives.
5. AI-Enabled Operations
- Leverage AI to improve the efficiency and scalability of growth operations, campaign execution, customer insights, and merchant enablement.
- Build AI-powered workflows to automate repetitive operational tasks and accelerate experimentation.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to enhance user growth and operational excellence.
6. Cross-functional Leadership
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Business Development, Merchant Success, Marketing, and Operations teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Translate customer and market insights into product improvements and future roadmap recommendations.
