•	Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally combining in-house HRBP/generalist roles with project experience in large enterprises, PE portfolio management, or HR management consulting.
•	M&A & Project Execution: Demonstrated track record of contributing to HR M&A (due diligence/PMI) and cross-functional HR transformation projects.
•	Domain Expertise: Sound understanding of core HR generalist operations, C&B principles, broad-based equity incentive concepts, and regional labor practices.
•	Business Acumen: Solid background as an in-house HRBP with sharp commercial sense and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
•	Personal Attributes: Patient, detail-oriented, highly hands-on, and resilient when navigating shifting priorities and matrixed cross-functional teams.
