Qualifications
- At least 5 years’ experience in business development, partner management, partnerships, or B2B sales within financial institutions, remittance companies, fintech, payments, or related sectors.
- Solid understanding of the cross-border remittance or payments industry, including key business processes, product types, and commercial models.
- Good awareness of domestic and international industry trends, with foundational knowledge of risk management and compliance in financial services.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with proven ability to work across functions and drive complex initiatives to completion.
- Demonstrated ability in client acquisition and relationship management; experience crafting and delivering client solution proposals is a strong plus.
- Good command of written and spoken English; experience working across regions and cultures is highly preferred.
