1. Plan and execute various platform level promotions: include big promotion such as Black Friday or seasonal rebajas, to drive platform level uplift and make the sales reach to new height, and several monthly campaigns which serve different objectives: increase seasonal sub-categories, boost re-purchase rate, assist incubation, drive top brands or top assortment 2. Think from both seller and buyer points of view. 3. Leverage analytical data to point out the critical factors or measurable metrics to enhance promotion performance, improve SOP or raise new promotional initiatives. 4. Work with Product and User Experience Design team to identify improvement areas that can largely improve business results and better user experience.

1、负责Choice 国家维度销售策略制定与执行，推动业务增长，达成销售目标及损益目标。 2、分析市场趋势和竞品动态，为产品线优化和促销活动提供策略建议。 3、协调跨部门资源，与供应链、买手、产品、营销等部门紧密合作，确保销售计划的顺利实施。 4、监控销售数据，管理价格及货盘的生命周期，定期进行业务分析，优化运营流程，提升销售效率。 5、培养和管理销售团队，提升团队整体业绩，确保团队成员的成长和发展。 1、Responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies on the Lazada Choice Venture to drive business growth and achieve sales and margin targets. 2、Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics, providing strategic recommendations for product line optimization and promotional activities. 3、Coordinate cross-functional resources, working closely with supply chain, marketing, buyer and product departments to ensure smooth execution of sales plans. 4、Monitor sales data, conduct regular business analysis, optimize operational processes, and enhance sales efficiency. 5、Develop and manage the sales team, improving overall team performance and ensuring individual growth and development.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the logistics and customs clearance processes of platform products from China to Brazil, ensuring compliance with Brazilian laws and regulations. 2. Coordinate relationships with Brazilian customs, logistics providers, and government agencies to enhance clearance quality and efficiency. 3. Track changes in customs policies and regulations in the Brazilian market to ensure compliance and forward-thinking business operations. 4. Address issues in cross-border e-commerce clearance operations such as inspections, timeliness, customer complaints, and key processes. 5. Develop and execute strategies to optimize tariffs and logistics costs, improving AliExpress's competitiveness in the Brazilian market. 6. Provide training in cross-border customs matters to enhance the professional capabilities of team members. 1. 管理和监督平台产品从中国到巴西的物流和关务清关流程，确保遵守巴西的相关法律法规。 2. 协调与巴西海关、物流供应商及政府机构的关系，推动清关品质与效率提升。 3. 跟踪巴西市场的关务政策和规则的变化，确保平台业务的合规性和前瞻性。 4. 解决在跨境电商清关运营中遇到的清关查验、时效、客诉、节点等问题。 5. 制定和执行关税及物流成本优化策略，提高速卖通在巴西的市场竞争力。 6. 提供跨境关务方面的培训，提升团队成员的专业能力。
