Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the logistics and customs clearance processes of platform products from China to Brazil, ensuring compliance with Brazilian laws and regulations. 2. Coordinate relationships with Brazilian customs, logistics providers, and government agencies to enhance clearance quality and efficiency. 3. Track changes in customs policies and regulations in the Brazilian market to ensure compliance and forward-thinking business operations. 4. Address issues in cross-border e-commerce clearance operations such as inspections, timeliness, customer complaints, and key processes. 5. Develop and execute strategies to optimize tariffs and logistics costs, improving AliExpress's competitiveness in the Brazilian market. 6. 1.Safety Strategy Architecture Develop the O2O safety governance blueprint for Brazil, building an intelligent risk management system that covers all delivery scenarios (prevention-response-disposal). Lead the localization innovation of safety products, driving the implementation of core technological modules such as biometric authentication, real-time risk mapping, and public-private safety collaborations. Establish a safety and health index system (TRUST Index) to drive multi-threaded collaboration across product, operations, and government affairs. 2.Ecosystem Protection Plan Build a rider safety empowerment system: from risk prevention to real-time intervention and event management, providing full-cycle protection. Create a joint defense mechanism for high-risk areas: collaborate with the Ministry of Transportation and Federal Police to establish a digital safety corridor. Design a merchant safety credit model: use data sharing to reduce systemic risks in offline transactions. 3.Crisis Management Leadership Establish a 24/7 intelligent emergency command center, ensuring rapid response and closure of major events within minutes. Build and nurture a localized security operations team, creating a ground support network across 12 key cities.
Key Responsibilities ꔷ Market Leadership & Strategy Own and drive Alibaba.com’s growth strategy in Brazil across supplier acquisition, activation, and export readiness. Analyze local market trends, competitor dynamics, and policy changes to inform business decisions. ꔷ Team & Organizational Leadership Build and lead high-performing local teams across business development, marketing, customer success, and operations. Establish a strong performance culture and ensure alignment with Alibaba’s global goals and values. ꔷ Business Development & Partnerships Identify and develop key industry verticals and top-tier Brazilian exporters (SMEs and large manufacturers). Forge partnerships with industry associations, export agencies, and logistics/fintech partners to build a strong ecosystem. ꔷ P&L & Performance Management Own Brazil’s P&L responsibility, including growth targets, sales metrics, user acquisition, and retention KPIs. Implement data-driven management practices to track performance and optimize ROI. ꔷ Cross-functional Collaboration Act as the bridge between Brazil and HQ teams in China and other regions, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. 1.为菜鸟巴西区域的业务发展、本地网络建设、本地运营及合规事务提供法律支持。 Provide legal assistance for the business development, local network construction, local operation and compliance matters for Cainiao’s logistics business in Brazil. 2.对新业务类型、新业务模式进行调研、协议架构设计及法律风险分析评估，并提供整体法律支持。 Research and analyze on new business opportunity and new business models, provide legal advice, risk analysis and design contract structure, and assist on all relevant legal aspects. 3.检索各类法律问题并提供咨询意见。 Research and advice on different legal topics. 4.起草、审核和修改各类合同（物流服务协议，采购协议，租赁协议及技术服务协议等）及法律文件，支持商务谈判、合同签署及履约管理。持续优化合同模板和法务流程。 Draft, review and revise various kinds of contracts (logistics service contract, procurement contract, leasing contract and technical service contract, etc.) and legal documents, assist in commercial negotiation, contract execution and performance. Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes. 5.单独或管理律师处理诉讼、纠纷及仲裁事宜； 协助处理突发风险事件，提供可行、可操作的解决方案 Separately or manage external lawyer to manage disputes, and litigation/arbitration matters. Assist in handling emergency issues, and provide practical solutions 6.筛选高性价比的优质外部律师资源并进行有效管理。 Select high quality and cost effective external law firms and make well management. 7.其他当地公司日常运营所需要的法务工作。 Provide legal support for other daily operation matters of local Cainiao entities in Brazil.
1、Be responsible for daily tax compliance work for Keeta Brazil legal entity; 2、Supervise local tax invoicing arrangement, including set up and upgrade e-tax invoice system, make sure the VAT/ISS/ICMS invoice are properly and correctly issued; 3、Provide feasible tax treatments for local business models and suggest tax optimization planning ideas; 4、Be responsible for all the tax compliance issues of Brazil entity, including but not limited to, income tax, indirect tax, withholding tax and payroll tax; 5、Advise on international tax issues for cross-boarder transactions with Brazil entity; 6、Manage local transfer pricing documentation in Brazil and follow Global Transfer Pricing Policy issued by the headquarter; 7、Coordinate with internal team members and external tax agents to ensure full compliance of local business operations from Brazil tax perspective; 8、Build up and maintain good relationship with all levels of Brazil tax bureaus and deal with any tax audit and tax dispute.
