任职要求


1. Industry Experience:
Must-have: 1–3+ years of field sales / on-ground merchant acquisition experience.
Strong advantage if with background in O2O, local services, or FMCG industries.
Deep understanding of offline merchants’ operating models and pain points.
2. Core Business Skills:
Merchant Acquisition:
Street canvassing is a fundamental skill. Able to conduct cold visits efficiently, maintain resilience in the face of rejection, quickly assess merchant value, and persuade them to join the platform.
Merchant Operations:
Signing the contract is not the end. Must be capable of helping merchants go live, design discount campaigns, optimize menus, analyze business data, and boost orders to achieve win-win outcomes.
Data Analysis:
Able to interpret backend data (GMV, order volume, average ticket size, repurchase rate, etc.), identify merchant business issues through data, and provide data-driven solutions.
3. Soft Skills & Personal Traits
Resilience & Endurance:
BDM work requires long hours in the field, under sun and rain, visiting large numbers of merchants daily. Strong physical fitness and mental toughness are essential to withstand pressure and bounce back stronger from setbacks.
Target Orientation & Execution:
Strong desire to hit performance targets. Able to break down company KPIs into daily and weekly action plans, and execute with full commitment. “Mission must be accomplished” is an ingrained belief.
Outstanding Communication & Relationship Management:
Able to engage with all kinds of business owners (from small restaurant operators to chain store managers), build trust quickly, and maintain strong merchant relationships as the foundation for lon-term operations.

Team Management & Empowerment:
Should have the ability to motivate the team, conduct skill training, assign tasks, and manage processes effectively.

2. Execute business management based on business goals, control processes, achieve results, and conduct reviews. Accomplish company business objectives through efficient and standardized management actions.
3. Provide effective training and guidance to team members, cultivating capable and outstanding potential managers.
4. Proficiently use various sales systems and tools to independently perform data analysis, identify issues from transaction data, and guide team members in improvements, continuously optimizing plans and strategies.
5. Summarize and organize various actions in work, able to develop methodologies that are easy to replicate and promote, and provide recommendations for company policies.
