任职要求
任职要求: 1. 计算机视觉/机器人等相关专业硕士及以上学历,3年以上嵌入式视觉系统开发经验; 2. 精通OpenCV等视觉处理库,熟悉计算机图形学,并具备至少一种的深度学习模型部署框架的实战经验; 3. 深度掌握主流视觉模型(如YOLO系列)的原理与实现,在模型结构优化和加速技术(剪枝和蒸馏)方面有具体项目成果; 4. 具备嵌入式Linux系统开发能力,精通C++/Python的混合编程,并能熟练使用嵌入式NPU或FPGA平台进行算法加速; 5. 在3D视觉领域有完整项目经验优先,包括但不限于: l 多目视觉三维重建 l 单目深度估计 6. 具备良好的工程化思维,能够从硬件约束出发设计算法方案,熟悉硬件加速器(GPU/NPU)的计算特性;
工作职责
1. 主导基于3D打印场景的嵌入式视觉系统研发,重点解决高精度定位、表面质量检测等核心问题,推进深度学习与强化学习算法在嵌入式环境下的应用; 2. 负责几何视觉处理算法(如三维重建)与深度学习模型(如目标检测)的部署,优化计算效率与内存占用; 3. 负责评估视觉软硬件系统方案的性能问题,给出合理评估建议;
