  2. Responsible for Store Efficiency Upgrade:
    1. Store Visit mechanism design (SOP, checklist, reporting requirement, etc.) 
    2. Maintain a full-list of retailer stores
    3. Maintain store manager/session manager relationship
  3. Responsible for Merchandiser Management, building up a mechanism and execute:
    1. Source labor vendors for strategic partnership
    2. SOP&Product Training
    3. Daily monitor
  4. Responsible for Sell-Out Boost Initiatves
    1. Holistic solutions to consistently boost sell-out. Possible approach incl.: "Battle-card", give-away, etc.
