For more information, please visit: https://us.anker.com/ Responsibilities: - Propose multi-platform social media strategy and plan to support integrated marketing campaigns, with goals to generate social adapted content, build brand awareness and drive traffic to landing pages. - Execute and support the creation of social media activation for product launch and promotional campaigns, working together with brand/product marketing team and US local social media team - Curate and support online/offline activities focusing on engaging with outdoor enthusiasts, DIYers and RV owners Cross-functional project management delivering execution excellence of social media calendar and social content. - Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, influencer MKT and content partnership teams to ensure the content is both informative and appealing. - Track and Monitor KPIs (e.g., EMV, social following, engagement, conversion etc.), and re-evaluate or audit for new metrics when needed, - Provide monthly performance report and post-campaign report. - Stay up-to-date and research on social media trends, news, updates, both within and outside of the tech industry, to identify social growth and viral opportunities such as TikTok Livestream, Instagram Shop
Responsibilities: - Manage brand social media channels with the creation and execution of clear and effective strategic plans. - Coordinate with user and influencer communities on social media to amplify reach and engagement. - Develop and execute robust social campaign and content plans aligned with company's marketing goals. - Monitor and analyze channel data to identify trends, measure success, and make data-driven decisions to optimize channel performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing and business objectives. - Keep updated with the newest platform algorithm and adapt to it accordingly.

1. MLBBMY Full-Channel Social Media Management - Drive end-to-end operations: content planning → production → posting → analytics. - Utilize commercial ad tools to achieve follower targets by month and T/A reach targets by campaign. - Execute campaign-specific social content & social activation for key initiatives, including livestream content, offline production content and community reward activities etc. - Provide agile support for regional social media trend observation and user insight integration. - Oversee all official social channels & manage moderator teams. 2. Data-Driven Optimization - Monitor content performance (ROI, CPM, engagement, conversion), conduct rapid test-learn-adapt cycles, and identify high-efficiency key actions (e.g., viral local content formats). 3. End-to-End Project Ownership - Own complex social events and social media metrics, manage vendor quality/cost, and mitigate risks.(e.g., PR crises triggered by cultural/religious sensitivities)
