Job Responsibilities Monitor the sales, operations, and promotional activities of the company’s products on e-commerce platforms, assisting on ensuring smooth daily operations and optimal performance. Assist on market analysis based on product characteristics and target consumer profiles, including product selection, pricing strategy, promotional planning, and marketing execution for the assigned e-commerce platform. Monitor operational KPIs, collect and analyze operational data, providing optimization solutions to improve efficiency and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Logistics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to help identifying business opportunities and provide insight to develop actionable strategies.
1. 与产品运营专家合作,负责商家成长相关的内容产出,包括图文,视频等多种承载方式。Collaborate with product operation experts to be responsible for content production related to merchant growth, including various formats such as text, graphics and videos. 2. 能够独立开展或者和BD、用研等团队合作,深度洞察商家在产品使用上的痛点和需求,确保产出内容容易被商家理解,且能解决商家的疑问。Familiar with the characteristics of food delivery merchants in Brazil. Able to independently conduct or collaborate with teams such as BD and user research to deeply understand the pain points and needs of merchants in product usage, ensuring that the output content is easily understood by merchants and can address their questions.
