- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred. - HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) preferred. - 3–5 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations. - In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations highly preferred. - Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion. - Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization. - Experience in a fast-paced and global environment is a plus. 【For Pay Transparency】 The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $80,000 - $110,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role is eligible for additional discretionary bonuses. This role will focus on supporting employees and managers in all aspects of employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and coaching to employees and managers. - Manage and resolve workplace issues including performance management, policy interpretation, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution. - Conduct thorough and timely investigations into employee concerns, ensuring confidentiality, fairness, and compliance with company policies and employment laws. - Partner with managers on employee performance improvement plans, corrective actions, and development strategies. - Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures across all levels of the organization. - Support HR programs and initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, DEI, and culture-building. - Stay up to date on employment legislation and HR best practices; recommend changes to policies and processes as needed. - Assist with HR compliance requirements including documentation, reporting, and audits. - Contribute to HR projects such as training sessions, policy development, and organizational development initiatives. - Collaborate with global HR and business teams, effectively managing cross-time zone communication and alignment on employee relations matters.

Projects typically focus on the development and support of key training modules, along with understanding and improving key processes and audits. • Recruiting: Recruit talent to TI by preparing for campus recruiting, improving recruiting and marketing efforts, benchmarking and/or managing the internal intern program committee for the summer. • Talent Development: Provide relevant learning to improve business performance by developing and implementing development strategies driven by the needs of TI businesses and functional areas.
