岗位职责 1、对于 Amazon 平台运营的各项政策与运营规则有基本了解,及时关注并解读平台政策变动,制定相应的应对措施与优化方案; 2、承接销售团队的运营目标与策略,明确方向,并落地实施计划,持续优化关键运营指标; 3、参与内部系统的产品规划与优化,结合业务需求和市场洞察,推动运营工具的持续迭代; 4、参与并主导关键业务项目,确保高质量交付,具备扎实的项目管理能力。 5、产品推广,做好站内外引流、优化广告、提高产品销售排名和销量等; 6、分析并监控不同平台的销售情况,敏锐洞察变化并做出有效销售动作调整,达成销售目标。
1. Set up EHSS (Environmental, Health, Safety and Security) and LP(Loss Prevention) procedures and implement to compliance with local laws & requirements regards on EHSS and Loss Prevention for Cainiao business and operation in FR warehouses. 2. Set up and perform EHSS & LP audit system, and implement it to drive continuously improvement. 3. Lead emergency response and incident investigation, review and follow up for close. 4. Cooperate with the operation team to implement EHSS and LP requirements for new launched projects, peak seasons operations, etc.
- Develop and implement PR strategies tailored to specific product lines in ES/FR, ensuring consistent and cohesive messaging across all channels. - Monitor media and online conversations to identify emerging issues and respond with effective, transparent communication. - Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and KOCs. - Prepare press releases, media kits, and visual assets to support new product launches and PR campaigns. - Support planning and execution of trade shows and PR events. - Actively engage with online communities and forums (e.g., Reddit, Twitter, Facebook groups) to build brand presence and credibility.
- Develop and execute scalable, ROI-driven influencer marketing strategies to deliver measurable business outcomes across French market. - Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with high-impact influencers and artists that resonate with our target audience and brand. - Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, driving engagement, brand affinity, and conversion growth. - Build and manage a strategic product seeding program to amplify brand visibility through partnerships with cultural leaders, trendsetters, and key influencers. - Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., CPV, affiliate sales, CAC) to maximize ROI and impact. - Establish and track team KPIs, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
