Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or related fields. Internship or project experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or user operations preferred. Familiar with or willing to learn analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a strong plus.

Assist in monitoring website traffic and preparing basic data reports. Support content planning and publishing for brand campaigns and product launches. Collect user feedback and coordinate with teams on website experience improvements. Contribute to user engagement activities and basic user segmentation tasks. Provide operational support for membership benefits and campaigns.

Job Responsibilities: 1. Player-centric: Collect and analyze player feedback and public opinion to gain in-depth insights into player motivations and logical thinking, then output relevant information for communication within the product. 2. Synthesize information from multiple channels to produce public opinion reports. 3. Identify abnormal public opinion and promote necessary follow-up actions. 4. Extract user pain points, demands & related motivations from public opinion. Consolidate and synchronize such insights as required. 5. Conduct online interviews on designated topics. 6. Maintain user reach channels such as online groups.
1. Develop different subsidy strategies based on the user lifecycle, build and iterate operational tools, and achieve business objectives. 2. Independently execute operational plans, conduct data analysis, and review and optimize experimental initiatives. 3. Collaborate with BA, PM, and R&D teams to coordinate resources and drive the implementation of operational strategies and product launches. 4. Monitor competitors and identify business growth opportunities through market research and data analysis.
1.Design Delivery Pricing Models: Proactively design delivery pricing models that address local business pain points. Build efficient pricing models to increase order acceptance rates, optimize user experience, and meet diverse business scenarios and customer needs. 2.Optimize Delivery Pricing Strategies: Responsible for optimizing and operating delivery pricing strategies, including daily monitoring and analysis, and collaborating with product and algorithm teams to continuously improve delivery experiences at all stages through algorithm and product improvements, thereby increasing delivery efficiency. 3.Monitor Market Demand: Monitor changes in market demand, analyze internal supply issues, and other delivery strategies adopted by companies in the industry to continuously enhance cost efficiency. 4.Data Monitoring and Problem Solving: Monitor supply and delivery experience data daily, weekly, and monthly, identify regional supply issues, and drive solutions through product or operational strategies/incentives to achieve supply quantity and experience goals. 1. 设计配送定价交易模式:主动设计能够解决本地业务痛点的配送定价交易模式。构建高效的定价交易模型,提升订单接受率,优化用户体验,满足多样化的业务场景和客户需求。 2. 优化配送定价策略:负责优化和运营配送定价策略,包括日常监控、分析,并与产品和算法团队合作,通过算法和产品改进不断提升各阶段的配送体验,从而提高配送效率。 3. 监控市场需求:监控市场需求变化,分析内部供给问题以及行业内其他公司采用的配送策略,不断提升成本效率。 4. 数据监控与问题解决:每日、每周和每月监控供给和配送体验数据,识别区域性供给问题,并通过产品或运营策略/激励措施推动解决方案,以实现供给数量和体验目标。
