New Channel Development (0-1 Expansion) · Lead the end-to-end development of new offline channels, with a primary focus on Hyper and B2B segments. · Create and execute strategies to establish presence in target accounts and drive initial sell-in and sell-out. 2. Sales and Gross Margin Achievement · Be accountable for achieving regional sales and profitability targets across multiple brands. · Monitor sell-through and inventory health. 3. Key Account Management & Relationship Building · Identify, visit, negotiate with, and secure new partnerships with Hyper and B2B clients. · Maintain strong long-term relationships with channel partners and ensure high levels of satisfaction. 4. Channel Strategy and Innovation · Develop innovative approaches to improve in-store visibility, merchandising, promotions and campaign activation. · Explore new scenarios and opportunities within the Hyper and B2B landscape to increase market share. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration · Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure aligned execution and support for channel initiatives. · Provide market feedback to key stakeholders to inform product and commercial strategy.

We are seeking an experienced enterprise partnerships professional with a proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that can help WorldFirst grow the business across the ANZ market. As a market leader in cross-border payment solutions across the APAC region, WorldFirst offers a broad set of APIs that connect enterprise, payment, and card solutions with the retail and e-commerce industry. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Country Manager - representing a strong opportunity to make a meaningful impact on business performance in the region. Responsibilities 1. Create and execute strategy targeting enterprise partners in the retail industry: e-marketplaces, site builders, logistics providers, digital advertising agencies, etc. 2. Sell and embed solutions including mass payout, treasury management, and seller recruitment services to enterprise partners. 3. Engage with local banks and fintechs to expand the payment product offering for our clients, enabling them to seamlessly fund their World Account via multiple channels and methods. 4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on go-to-market initiatives. Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to senior leadership, promoting transparency and alignment. Goals 1. Win new enterprise partners by bringing integrations live to market 2. Maximize engagement with partners to bring new customers to WorldFirst 3. Generate commercial outcomes that contribute to the financial performance of the business
Job responsibilities: 1. Develop and strategize Xpeng's brand positioning and communication strategy in Australia; Formulate and implement brand strategies based on consumer insights, market opportunities and competitor trends, while aligning with global brand guidelines; 2. Collaborate with local agencies to create annual brand plans and leverage resources to achieve objectives including but not limited to brand awareness enhancement, reputation improvement, campaign execution, fan acquisition, and customer club establishment/management; 3. Drive business results through exceptional execution, working cross-functionally to ensure marketing initiatives align with strategies and receive support through advertising, social media, and event investments; 4. Deliver timely and insightful market/competitor analysis reports to refine strategies and action plans; 5. Partner with media agencies to lead media development/execution across communication channels, draft press releases, and monitor publication outcomes; 6. Lead establishment of social media platforms and official website, develop strategies/content creation, and monitor performance; 7. Spearhead launch event strategies and action plans; 8. Collect/analyze market intelligence and competitor information to produce summary reports; 9. Conduct brand/product research and provide analytical reports.
