Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and growth.
2. Develop and manage IMC marketing and branding campaigns that promote our brands.
3. Oversee the development of brand assets, including website listings and promotional materials, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use this information to improve our branding strategies.
5. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and go-to-market teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and marketing efforts.
7. Monitor and analyse brand performance and market trends to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust as necessary.
8. Develop guidelines that instruct internal teams and external agencies on how to effectively deploy the brand strategy based on market research and insights.
9. Provide recommendations to the marketing head on how to enhance brand image and recognition based on market research and insights.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
3. Strong understanding of brand development strategies and marketing trends in the ANZ market.
4. Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data, metrics, and consumer behaviour trends.
5. Proven experience in conducting market research and translating data into actionable insights.
6. Strong leadership and project management abilities.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Proficiency in relevant software applications.

Job responsibilities: 1. Develop and strategize Xpeng's brand positioning and communication strategy in Australia; Formulate and implement brand strategies based on consumer insights, market opportunities and competitor trends, while aligning with global brand guidelines; 2. Collaborate with local agencies to create annual brand plans and leverage resources to achieve objectives including but not limited to brand awareness enhancement, reputation improvement, campaign execution, fan acquisition, and customer club establishment/management; 3. Drive business results through exceptional execution, working cross-functionally to ensure marketing initiatives align with strategies and receive support through advertising, social media, and event investments; 4. Deliver timely and insightful market/competitor analysis reports to refine strategies and action plans; 5. Partner with media agencies to lead media development/execution across communication channels, draft press releases, and monitor publication outcomes; 6. Lead establishment of social media platforms and official website, develop strategies/content creation, and monitor performance; 7. Spearhead launch event strategies and action plans; 8. Collect/analyze market intelligence and competitor information to produce summary reports; 9. Conduct brand/product research and provide analytical reports.

We are seeking a BD (business developmen) Manager to join our ANZ team covering the Australia & New Zealand region. You can be based in Sydney or Melbourne and work closely with our headquarter team in Hangzhou, China! You will have these major responsibilities: 1: Identify the consumer demand in China especially for cross border market; 2: Establish strong and long-term relationships with strategic partners/brands/governments in ANZ Market; 3: Build and execute strategic business development plans, and drive mutually beneficial programs with our strategic partners/Brands; 4: Formulate marketing strategies and conduct market research for ANZ Market; 5: Offer customized cross border business solution to New Brands and help to onboard on Tmall Global successfully.
