- At least 8+ years of relevant industry experience, with strong knowledge of consumer electronics - especially charging products, home security, robot vacuums, or audio-visual products.
- Experience in regional sales management, GTM roles, or similar; team management experience is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with the North American retail landscape and resources.
- Experience working with North American key accounts or distributor networks preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
- Highly goal-oriented, resilient under pressure, and comfortable with challenges.

Location: Remote, but based in either Vancouver, BC or Toronto, ON

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Canada offline sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the brand’s market share in Canada and enhance overall profitability.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with major local key accounts (KAs) and distributors to drive product placement and sales.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to provide strategic insights for business decision-making.
- Lead the team to explore new sales channels and partnerships to create additional sales opportunities.
