1. 负责TikTok商城内容的日常运营，根据商城商品特点，策划并制作具有吸引力的短视频（包括视频策划、剪辑及发布），促进商品销售转化 2. 积极联络及对接海外本地网红达人/KOL，推动达人合作内容拍摄作产品推广； 3. 跟踪数据分析，定期复盘内容效果，协助优化内容策略； 4. 协助团队完成其他内容运营相关工作，支持商城的整体运营和增长目标。

Multi-Asset Dealer (Mid-Shift) • Part of the Dealing team • Provide accurate and timely trade execution for clients for different products, including equities, options, futures and funds. • Perform investigation of trade rejection and collaborate with other departments to resolve trade-related issues. • Monitor market movement to conduct risk control and ensure compile with Company Compliance Policy and MAS Regulations. • Keep up to date of key developments in financial markets, competition, and regulations, and assess the potential impact of these developments. • Communicate with clearing brokers and other counter parties. • As part of the integrated team, the Desk Dealer will have the opportunity to attend the office at different shifts • Primary working hours will be during Asia market hours; rotational shifts covering UK hours (approx. 1pm – 10pm SGT) and (approx. 4pm – 1am SGT) will apply on a rostered basis. • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor and management.

Build deep operational partnership with colocation providers, establishing hands-on governance over daily operations, risk management, and service quality to ensure comprehensive operational excellence beyond baseline contractual commitments. 2. Develop and enforce operational standards, inspection protocols, and performance benchmarks. Conduct regular on-site audits and operational reviews, identify service gaps, and drive corrective actions to closure — functioning as the on-ground authority for operational excellence. 3. Establish risk governance frameworks for assigned regions, including proactive risk identification, root cause analysis leadership, and preventive action tracking across all colocation infrastructure. 4. Drive colocation provider monitoring system integration across regional infrastructure through structured project management, coordinating cross-functional resources (internal engineering, colo provider teams, platform vendors) to ensure standardized telemetry access, data quality, and alarm management aligned with Alibaba global environment monitoring system standards. 5. Lead review and validation of electrical and HVAC automation control logic implemented by colocation providers, orchestrating technical experts and vendor resources to ensure control strategies meet reliability, efficiency, and safety standards. 6. Conduct systematic risk identification and governance for electrical and HVAC infrastructure, coordinating assessment activities across colo providers and internal stakeholders, driving single points of failure analysis, redundancy validation, and mitigation roadmap development to closure. 7. Oversee commissioning and tuning of electrical and HVAC automation systems, managing vendor execution and validating control parameters, setpoints, and closed-loop operation stability — ensuring production-ready delivery through rigorous acceptance testing. 8. Collaborate with global headquarters on operational strategy, standards development, and platform roadmap. Represent regional perspectives in global reviews and ensure global policies are adapted to local contexts. Build regional operational capability through training, certification, and knowledge transfer programs."

Responsible for expanding ecosystem partners and platform clients in cross-border industries, including but not limited to e-commerce platforms, expense control and reimbursement platforms, the sharing economy, human resources and payroll service providers, digital media and gaming, logistics, advertising and marketing platforms, as well as ultra-large overseas enterprise clients. 2. Identify customer needs, accurately match them with appropriate products and solutions, ensure timely delivery, and establish close, long-term relationships with mid-to-senior level clients and partners through the sales of products and solutions. 3 . Provide tailored comprehensive solutions for institutional, platform-type, and ultra-large overseas enterprise clients, covering wallet account, cross-border collections, foreign exchange, batch payments and settlements (accounts, wallets, VCC, etc.), and corporate business travel payments, to enhance customer loyalty. 4 . Research and analyze industry competitors and their solutions, identify differentiated advantages, provide timely feedback to internal relevant teams, and deliver more competitive and comprehensive solutions to clients.
