主导市场退回和产线失效件产品的失效分析工作，对产品失效模式和失效机理做深入分析定位，寻找最根源的失效原因，验证失效机理，并寻求改进机会, 持续推动产品质量提升。 职责描述: •负责市场退回件，生产线失效件的失效模式定位，寻找其根源的失效原因。 •与工程和工艺等相关部门，从技术角度识别和推动解决生产质量问题，对零部件或产品提出可靠性需求和控制措施。 •跟踪产线失效的异常表现，监视产品线的制造质量，确定问题的根本原因并反馈责任部门，并推动改善。 •根据失效分析的结果整理和lesson Learning,联合相关部门进行产品可靠性实验设计，产品可靠性评估，以及分析流程的优化。 •支持PFEMA策划和验证工作，对产品和过程相关的数据进行分析，识别产品和过程风险。

The role: Tesla Electronics Test and Automation Group (ETAG) is the main point of contact to ensure the highest quality vehicle, silicon and robotics electronics for our customers. Our mission is to develop test automation equipment, architect software automation framework, and provide hardware/software/data infrastructure for Tesla electronics communities worldwide. We are seeking a multi-faceted Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for all aspects of identifying, analyzing, root causing; implementing countermeasures, and reporting on issues affecting all low voltage PCBAs including, but not limited to, body controllers and car computers. This candidate will work with test engineers within the group to quickly mitigate and implement countermeasures at suppliers and factories to improve quality, reliability, durability of the products. Primary Responsibilities: • Work with quality engineers, supplier engineers and suppliers to monitor products performance, identify trending issues. Prioritize based on Severity, occurrence, and/or cost of each failure modes • Detailed failure analysis, identifying root-cause of problems –Perform board-level debugging to isolate faults for physical FA • Apply knowledge of electrical engineering and PCBA manufacturing to drive containment and corrective action implementation into production / design / supplier / Firmware. • Participate in continuous improvement activities and take preventive actions. • Share Lessons Learned from previous field issues; Provide upfront feedback by participating in design reviews to ensure product performance, reliability, and manufacturability issues are identified and risks mitigated.
