Qualifications
1. Education: Current undergraduate (Junior/Senior) or Master’s student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field (Recent graduates will also be considered).
2. Work Requirement: Ability to work 40 hours per week on-site in our Seattle office.
3. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with candidates and internal team members professionally.
4. Organization & Detail: Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
5. Tools & Tech: Familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Prior exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
6. Attributes: Eager to learn, self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about building a career in HR/Talent Acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Prior internship or project experience in HR, recruitment, customer service, or administrative support.
2. Interest in consumer electronics, tech, or e-commerce industries.
3. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a strong plus to collaborate with our global cross-border teams.
