任职要求
1、具备2年以上海外社区运营经验,熟悉游戏社区运营,了解欧美/港台用户; 2、熟悉各主流媒体阵地的功能及规则; 3、具备优秀的英语能力,能够独立撰写英文稿件; 4、热爱游戏,能够针对游戏定向人群对项目传达输送意见,协助产品改良调优,打造良好口碑生态; 5、熟悉Facebook、Twitter、Discord、YouTube、Reddit等平台,关注、追踪潮流热点,时事动态,反应灵敏; 6、主观能动性强,可以承受较强的工作压力。
工作职责
1、负责游戏社区(Facebook、Twitter、Discord、YouTube、Line等海外主流社区)的功能搭建、活动策划、日常运营,根据游戏所处的生命周期和用户特征,制定针对性的社区运营策略并落实; 2、负责游戏的PGC、UGC内容运营,有优质创意内容的产出能力,与内容CP、玩家、内容作者对接,建立内容的生产、筛选、分发机制; 3、负责游戏用户运营,搭建各类玩家外团,带领外团开展工作,培养和沉淀自有KOL; 4、对社区运营数据负责,包括各社区的用户引入与吸粉、用户活跃、用户留存等,根据运营数据与用户反馈,不断提升社区运营能力; 5、能够与用户”面对面“的良好沟通,把握用户关注点并反哺产品端; 6、能够处理一般的社区舆情及用户事件。

The ideal candidate should be able to interpret how communications, content, social media, memes, moderation, influencer relationships converge with each other. The community manager will be expected to craft well-thought community plans that can cohesively bring out all of the above elements and simultaneously be able to connect and shape the community. Responsibilities 1. Manage content strategy and related player-facing communications, including responding to active engagement on community channels. 2. Create compelling product communications such as developer feedback, patch notes. 3. Plan and execute community initiatives including contests, events, content partnerships. 4. Actively communicate with players and gain a positive presence in the community. 5. Create creative video content that's relevant to the game or update patches. 6. Analyze and report on content creator program performance to drive continuous optimization, improvement and innovation. 7. Ensure professional moderation on community channels through recruiting and managing moderators. 8. Ensure player feedback loops with players and developers, providing accurate reporting on community sentiment, concerns and suggestions.
