Job Description: As a Community Intern, you will assist both the Community and Influencer Marketing teams to strengthen player engagement and brand presence. You will help execute social media posting, gather player feedback, and support community communications that foster a positive player environment. At the same time, you will assist in identifying, coordinating, and tracking influencer collaborations that align with our campaign goals. This role is ideal for someone passionate about gaming communities and digital marketing, with strong communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: 1.Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling and publishing social media posts across platforms such as X, Instagram, and Facebook. Help draft captions and coordinate visual assets to ensure consistent brand messaging and player engagement. 2.Influencer Support: Assist in identifying potential influencers, tracking creator content, and organizing campaign assets. Learn how influencer partnerships are structured and evaluated for performance. 3.Feedback Collection: Help collect and organize player feedback under the supervision of a Community Manager. Learn how to interpret community feedback and contribute insights to improve the player experience. 4.Community Interaction: Help manage social media platforms and community channels like forums, including Discord, and Reddit. Learn how to foster positive interactions and maintain a supportive environment under the guidance of senior team members. 5.Cross-Functional Coordination: Assist in day-to-day communication between internal teams and external partners.
