Job Description: Lilith Games is looking for an enthusiastic player-focused community intern to help develop and grow the community. The ideal candidate should be able to interpret how communications, content, social media, memes, moderation, and influencer relationships converge with each other. Responsibilities - Create engaging and sharable social media content that drives engagement. - Independently manage short video platforms such as TikTok and YouTube Shorts, with a strong understanding of current trends. - Manage content strategy and related player-facing communications, including responding to active engagement on community channels - Ensure player feedback loops with players and developers, providing accurate reporting on community sentiment, concerns, and suggestions - Manage and communicate key contents and timeline to cross-functional and regional teams - Communicate and interact with content creators to drive UGC output.

Job Description: As a Community Intern, you will assist both the Community and Influencer Marketing teams to strengthen player engagement and brand presence. You will help execute social media posting, gather player feedback, and support community communications that foster a positive player environment. At the same time, you will assist in identifying, coordinating, and tracking influencer collaborations that align with our campaign goals. This role is ideal for someone passionate about gaming communities and digital marketing, with strong communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: 1.Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling and publishing social media posts across platforms such as X, Instagram, and Facebook. Help draft captions and coordinate visual assets to ensure consistent brand messaging and player engagement. 2.Influencer Support: Assist in identifying potential influencers, tracking creator content, and organizing campaign assets. Learn how influencer partnerships are structured and evaluated for performance. 3.Feedback Collection: Help collect and organize player feedback under the supervision of a Community Manager. Learn how to interpret community feedback and contribute insights to improve the player experience. 4.Community Interaction: Help manage social media platforms and community channels like forums, including Discord, and Reddit. Learn how to foster positive interactions and maintain a supportive environment under the guidance of senior team members. 5.Cross-Functional Coordination: Assist in day-to-day communication between internal teams and external partners. Help ensure alignment across stakeholders by supporting meeting prep, taking notes, and following up on action items.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in drafting press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials. 2. Support the coordination of media outreach and monitor media coverage. 3. Actively monitor brand and industry keywords in online forums (Reddit, Twitter, FB groups) and engage as needed 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement PR strategies. 5. These channels include Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Costco, Sam's Club, and potentially others. The goal is to better understand consumer preferences across platforms and drive improvements in product positioning, messaging, and performance across these channels. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage online consumer insight communities segmented by retail channel. - Recruit and maintain a diverse pool of high-frequency shoppers from platforms like Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Costco, and Sam's Club. - Design and execute regular consumer surveys to gather feedback on product feature appeal and acceptance, effectiveness of value propositions and messaging, and shopping behaviors and preferences unique to each channel. - Analyze survey data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. - Provide insights that inform product page content, packaging, messaging, and GTM strategies across retail partners. - Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to implement data-driven improvements. - Ensure continuous community engagement and maintain data quality standards.
Assist in organizing online and offline marketing and advertising endeavours, encompassing in-app promotions, social media initiatives, and marketing campaigns; - Assist in coordinating both internal and external efforts and executing campaigns; - Prepare briefs for designers to create visual content; - Prepare briefs for influencers and content publishers to promote content and sales; - Coordinate social media posts, craft captions, conduct contests, and engage with followers. Monitor competitors for trending news, ideas, and feedback. - Participate in social community seeding and employ social hacking techniques to promote content.
